Lucky, if you could look good without makeup all the time. On the flip side, and to name a few of these celebs. Goldie Hawn could use a new hairdo. Those bangs just don't do it, when it's scattered, with the rest of her hair, it usually covers up the best features of her face. Meg Ryan, go back to longer hair. As for Lady Gaga, go natural without the bangs. Like your music though!

Goldie Hawn is 62 years old now - so why is she being compared (negatively) to women half her age and younger? That's just stupid. At 23 or 33 she could give any of them a run for their money in the looks and figure department, and she was funny too. Everybody ages and the paparrazi should be arrested for harassing celebrities at the grocery store or out to pick up a cup of coffee - all for a non-story such as to ridicule and embarrass them for not wearing professional make-up every minute of their lives. Goldie has brought lots of fun and laughter to the world and she deserves nothing but respect. She's a grandmother for pete's sake - what does your grandmother look like?

I wear makeup every day. I love makeup. As long as you use lightweight textures your makeup looks very soft and flawless. As for Gwyneth, she is very pretty anyway.

Most of these ladies are gorgeous with or without makeup. I would trade my best day for their worst and still come out a winner on the deal. Most is genetics ... bone structure, feature size and placement...but a lot has to do with diet and excercise though making millions helps in routine anti aging skin care and the occasional eye lift, mini face lift, brow lift, laser resurfacing, peels, collogen and botox etc. Most of these ladies have not had to do much, if any work, in their face but I don't begrudge anyone who does. First of all it's their JOB to look good and second, if you have the money why not look your best?

Wow, that is a sweeping generalization! There are plenty of women of all ethnicities who look great without makeup. We are conditioned to seeing these women after hours of artistry and photo-editing, so of course it is jarring to see them without all that.
No particular race "needs" makeup. That is just silly.

Of course she's eventually going to be ridiculed, and probably embarrassed, because she's been an entertainer in the public eye, for quite sometime. Her movies have brought joy in the eyes of many, but plenty wouldn't mind to see that she's still got the look! By the way, my grandmother still looked hot when she was in her 60's. She just turned 89 this past July. Back then she wore denim blue jeans with stiletto sandals, in a petite build, who's face seemed ageless, but wasn't famous! Also, thanks for the comment.

Some of the people on here don't even look that good WITH make-up!(Tori Spelling) It's true, though, we are so conditioned to seeing them all glammed up, that even in street clothes, the physical image is completely different.

Whoever wrote those captions is a nutcase! Of course Reese Witherspoon looks exhausted after pilates, and Meg Ryan exhausted after jogging! You would be too! Goldie Hawn looks fantastic! and Hayden what's her name has make up on not mention she is more than half the age of these other women. Just ridiculous.....I think they are all beautiful, natural, and I give them huge credit for going anywhere without makeup with you all you people chasing after them!

The fact is, when women hit a certain age, they need makeup for sure. Please don't think you can be in your late '20s or early '30s without a little coverage and powder. It's a superficial world out there, and women who take the time to do their nails, hair and makeup get treated with more respect than without it, whether it's fair or not. It does take a lot of time and effort, but it is worth it.

the only reason these people decided to take these pics was to make themselves feel better. how superficial. Oh well, i do admit, some of these stars aren't exactly the prettiest without make up and some look even BETTER without make up, but c'mon. Do we really expect these people to be perfect?

Stupid reporter...
I hate it when people gossip about other people badly... People go without make up all the time... I go without makeup (Duh, im a dude!)
It's better to write a boring article then to write about a article that gossips or hurts another person...

Looking at women without make up puts adoubt into the beauty they dorn because make ups fool us into liking falls images. My advice to all women if you are naturally born urgly then use make up but if you are beautiful forget about makeup! They make you look horrible without them.
