Is That a War Zone? Nope, Just K-Fed's Wrecked Rental Home

Aren't the parents supposed to clean up after the kids? One-time rapper
Kevin Federline, aka "K-Fed," is being asked to pay over $100,000 in unpaid rent and damages for a ransacked home,
TMZ reports.
K-Fed has been accused of trashing a Tarzana, California home where he lived until this past May. The owners also claim Federline disappeared unexpectedly without paying his last 6 months of rent. Check out one scene of the mess after the jump, then dozens more
in TMZ's gallery.
The owners are demanding $110,661 in damages and unpaid accommodation. The list of what has been wrecked is as bizarre as it is exhaustive.
Via TMZ:
- Cigarette butts and empty beer bottles filling the gutters,
- A broken beer dispenser on the barbecue island,
- Cracked light covers,
- Mangled light posts,
- Cracked tiles,
- Drawings on the walls,
- Dead plants and trees due to failure to upkeep,
- Unapproved conversion of a room into a studio,
- Malfunctioning dishwasher with broken baskets,
- Smoke detectors that have been dismantled,
- Oil damage on the front driveway,
- Unapproved tinting of master bathroom windows,
- Missing garage door opener,
and the pièce de résistance
- Permanent spit marks on the exterior paint! No camels were reported on site.
The letter threatens to take K-Fed to court if he refuses to pay.
Federline, 31, is a dancer, rapper, fashion model and, ahem, actor. He was married to pop princess
Britney Spears for two years before their highly-publicized divorce. They were also involved in an ongoing custody battle over sons
Sean Preston and
Jayden James Federline. There is no word about how clean the boys' rooms are.

Low life POS has no respect for other peoples property,
Should be made to clean and repair each item by himself

NEWS FLASH!!
Kevin Federline recently went crazy, ransacking his California home, looking for his missing Cheesy Poofs. He was quoted as saying: "My blood sugar was low man...you don't mess with a mans Cheesy Poofs!"

That home was not "ransacked"! Some of that damage could simply be attributable to poor workmanship during the initial installation.

The damages listed add up to a couple of thousand bucks at maximum. While picking up empty beer bottles and cigarette butts isn't a particularly nice job, it doesn't pay $50,000 an hour either. Some of the things might even be considered 'normal wear and tear' such as anything that would be fixed by a standard paint job. The landlord seems to be trying to get rich off a celebrity.

yes but how much was rent for 6 months? Not only is he being charged for 6 months of unpaid rent there are also late fees that are tacked onto that rent as stated in his SIGNED lease!
If this is how he treats property imagine how he treats the kids. He without consent did things to that house that is not even his he damaged their property those destroyed trees were already established and look to be large so they'll have to replant those trees and they will need to regrow.

Looks like the remains of one good party and a bunch of pictures of a cheaply built house. Just because the owners payed way too much for the house doesn't mean that it's built as good as anything in the local trailer park (A beer tap in a trailer would never break). They should send Over-Fed a cleaning bill and sue the people who built the piece of crap house. They also should shoot the bird for having the audacity to built a nest on their pristine $5 light from the Home Depot and shoot themselves for buying that ugly flower pot by the pool.
