'24' President Has His First Daughter

Actress Golden Brooks and '24' vet D.B. Woodside are the proud parents of a daughter, their rep tells PEOPLE. Dakota Tao Brooks-Woodside arrived on Sept. 1 and "everyone is insanely in love with her," Golden says. "We're so happy."

"My mom and dad have moved in to be around her that much more! We're already calling her our little jumping bean because she's so active!"

Woodside is best known for playing President Wayne Palmer on '24.' Brooks played a lead role on the CW sitcom, 'Girlfriends' and will next be seen on the indie film, 'Polish Bar.'

He didn't play the President, he played Wayne Palmer, the presidents brother!

He was the President's brother at first, but then did become president himself in another season.

Actually he was also the president. If you recall his brother David was assassinated after he had left office. I believe the following season Wayne was the President but was incapicated by an assassination attempt in which a bomb was exploded, he survived but that was the last you saw of him and his VP become the President.

Here's more worthless information that does nothing to better or worsen our lives. Why should the general public care if these two had a baby? People have babies everyday. The media is a trip, they're always providing worthless information to the general public about celebrities that don't really give a crap about you or me, hell they don't even know us and really don't know them either. Why should we care about them? When you have a baby will the media report it? I don't think so, because no one really gives two dead flies but you, some family and friends, possibly, that's it.
