We know you can't keep track of every celebrity Twitter account, so we're cutting through the social media jungle to give you the best, worst and sometimes just absurd celebrity tweets of the day. See what celebrities on Twitter like Chris Brown, Tori Spelling and Billy Ray Cyrus are doing today -- in 140 characters or less...

1. Chris Brown

Although Chris Brown is serving five years of probation and has just begun a six-month community labor sentence for his assault of former girlfriend Rihanna, he tweeted that he's about to embark on a promotional tour. Right now he's in NYC ready to "get back to work."

2. Billy Ray Cyrus

The world stopped (for a micro-second) after Miley Cyrus abruptly shut down her Twitter account. (Get the story.) Her dad @BillyRayCyrus wants her back on site though. While his tweet is sweet -- why didn't he send one to his wife, who also closed her Twitter yesterday?

3. Tori Spelling

Actress Tori Spelling is fighting back at Star Magazine's latest claims that she weighs 95 pounds. "I'm 107 lbs," she writes.

4. Drew Carey

Drew Carey is using Twitter to help a good cause. He promises to put $100,000 towards the LiveStrong Foundation in exchange for the Twitter name @Drew if he gets 100,000 followers by November 9th. The Twitter handle in question is owned by one Drew Olanoff, who was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year and has effectively donated his user name to Lance Armstrong's cancer-fighting fund. 5. Britney Spears

@BritneySpears is busy working on her new video for '3.' Sounds like it's going to be hot. We can't wait to see it.

Billy Ray didn't tweet his wife cause he knows why she left. Unlike his daughter who did so on her 10+ years older boyfriend demanded it and all she will say is 'he has a good reason'. it's fishy. stinks a little that BRC did this in public but his goal is likely to get fans to tweet also and the overall to override whatever Liam's 'good reason' is.

Liam is only like 3 years older. but yeah, it does seem a lot like it was only because he thinks Twitter is dumb. or maybe he's worried she'll tweet stuff about him.

Miley has just elected not to use a particular form of media to enhance her endeavors. I think it is very mature of her to realize when she tweets about pimples, it just doesn't do anything to serve the world. She still has her music, her website, her show. I applaude her for her recognition that a microblog can be misinterpeted by the tabloids and she isn't going to play into it. Good for her.
