He needs to move out of New York and back to PA to be closer to his kids so he doesn't have to find an excuse not to drive 3 hours to see his kids, who he supposedly cares so much about, worrying that Kate will get money for her show now and he is left without any income. Jon is a great father and Kate has no right to keep him from seeing the kids. I think it is wrong that every one is bashing Jon in this case. He has a job. He is a great father. He wants to spend time with them. Kate is the one who asked for the Divorce. Why don't people bash her for sleeping with her MARRIED bodygaurd. If Jon has one girl everyone says he is slim but if She sleeps with a married man she is all that? I think Jon is great. At least he is trying to see his kids.

Jon is a selfish, lazy, immature, whiny, spoiled brat! He has no problem making money off the backs of his kids, until he thinks he's getting cut out. Then he pulls the plug and STILL sells the story to the media. What a hypocrite!

Are you kidding - What did Jon expect? Divorce is all about dividing the family - separate visits, separate holidays ... add to that his big mouth slamming Kate, he was lucky to be allowed near the kids. He didn't even order or pay for the cake.

Jon, you want to prove you are growing up? Get a job, pay child support, quit milking your, Kate's and the children's fame for freebies.

It is the actions of both parents in this case that is unacceptable. They are both screwing up these kids. Divorce is hard in private. Try it with a hundred cameras around.

I'm sorry. Kate may not be the perfect mother, but right now the media has managed to make Jon look really bad and it's his fault. I agree, what a jerk for having production pulled because he was being cut out. Is he supporting his kids & the place they live in? Kate's just trying to support her kids. She's on her own after all while Jon goes doing whatever.

If anybody spoke to me the way she spoke to Jon I would have beat the #hit out of them. Man or woman. Jail time would have been worth it. As for Jon being mad for being cut from the show because of money that's bull. If Kate kept on doing the show she would have to pay him alimony and maybe even child support. The truth is Jon was never happy on that show. If people can't see that by watching the show than you don't have any people skills.

Jon could have easily made a date for him and the girls (his twin girls) and made it very special...but he choses to be an idot. I certainly can see why Kate talked to him the way she did. This is not new to Jon he has been like this all along...he is just showing his true self now. He read an e-mail from Kate on air...what an ass...and the e-mail wasn't nasty, she only asked if this could be done and he threw a hissy fit...a jerk is a jerk is a jerk.

i agree..why move that far away from your kids..you have no job there..the only thinkg in ny is your girlfriend...you shoulve thought about how you were going to survive without tlc's show and after the divorce and probably bought a nice 4 bedroom home for under a million+ instead of a mulitmillion dollar home in ny that is far from the kids you say are your priority. he will probably file banko. and btw-when he has kids how can he take them around anywhere--he has a sports car..smart move idiot

He slipped on TV the other night and said he would stay at his apartment if he had to...meaning near the house...he also said he wasn't broke...so why did he take money out of the court ordered joint account? He has un-kid friendly cars while Kate has two vans. He is asking where her book money is...non of his business...he didn't write the books...he was taking care of the kids while she was away? He was beding every female he could and probably has been doing this for some time. His behavior is not new this is who he really is. Now it is obvious why Kate talked to him the way she did. Why do people think he just became like this?

The news said Jon was talking to someone about a new reality show about divorced dads. I thought he didn't want to be filmed anymore. Every time you turn around he changes his story. He said he didn't take money out of the joint court ordered account which he was suppose to discuss with Kate. Then he said he only took out $22,000.00 then it was 10%...and he says she is lying...give me a break.
