Jimmy Kimmel's New Girlfriend Works on His Late Night Show

Comedian Jimmy Kimmel has found love on the set of his late night show. His rep confirmed to PEOPLE that Kimmel has been dating Molly McNearney, a longtime staffer on his ABC show, for several months. "After Jimmy and Sarah broke up, Molly and Jimmy both found themselves single, and they clicked," a source close to Kimmel said. "They're really happy together."

While the relationship may draw comparisons to David Letterman's recent revelations, the insider says, "during work hours, they keep things professional."

McNearney, 31, who first joined the show's staff as an assistant to the executive producer in July 2003, began writing on the show in 2006, and was promoted to her current position as co-head writer in May 2008.

Kimmel parted ways with Sarah Silverman, his girlfriend of five years, in March.

Perhaps we should not be so quick to judge one another. Many people met and married someone they once worked with. When you work long hours and are not into the bar scene, where else can you meet someone? I know someone that actually knows this girl and she is a very nice person that comes from a good family. Let's try to be happy that they have found someone to share their lives with.
