'Glee' Cast Pulled from Macy's Parade?
By PopEater Staff Posted Oct 12th 2009 02:13PM
Looks like our favorite chorus members from 'Glee' have been dumped from Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade this year. While there is still speculation, TMZ reports that Macy's invited the FOX cast, but when rival NBC (who airs the parade) found out, they told the department store to pull the plug. TMZ reached out to a rep for FOX who declined to comment.
When the 'Glee' creator Ryan Murphy found out the news, he decided to take a verbal swipe at NBC... and the network's most famous comedian. "I completely understand NBC's position, and look forward to seeing a Jay Leno float," he told EW.com.
'Glee' is a musical comedy-drama television series that airs on Fox. It focuses on a high school show choir, also known as a glee club, set within the fictional William McKinley High School in Lima, Ohio.
The first season began airing on September 9, 2009. It stars Lea Michele, Jane Lynch, Jayma Mays and Kevin McHale.

The most dangerous kind of propaganda is also the most mundane. Wake up America and smell the state controlled coolaid!
This is right wing wacko talk.
I am an independent not dem. or rep., but I have watched a lot of things going on, on all channels, looks to me that if you don't agree with the presidents or his people, then you aren't suppose to speak your mind. Seems like everyone is scared to air anything that doesn't show current administration in positive light. I believe they are all crooks and we need a whole new set of people in Washington that are not bought and paid for and I mean on both sides.
Why don't YOU give us all the facts Coleen?
Hey Pete - try looking at the headline. See the question mark? Feeling a little foolish? You are just the type of person this article was written for.
Its not Macy's fault its NBC they are the one who doesnt want them there if you all read the story. Macy is the one who invited them. So you don't have to stop shopping there. I dont shop there because its too expensive for someone on umemployment.

Typical un-informed liberal idiot. Fox and FOX News are two totally seperate companies!
Bob, I dont think robin mentioned fox news. i think it was "anything on fox" thats a network. with multiple programmiing. Nice attack over nothing, Like this whole story.
Well Robin, then this is why our country is in the situtuation it is; huge debt, federalizing everything they can touch, taking from the working class and giving to those who don't, and complete reverse racism. Go ahead an keep watching the state-run stations and be ignorant. As Thomas Jefferson said, "He who knows nothing is closer to the truth than he whose mind is filled with falsehoods and errors."
If nothing else, you should expand your mind and consider all the opinions and facts rather than foolishly marching to the crowd.
More proof that nbc sucks.

Sounds like more Foxcrap to me. They can't get anyone of substance on their so-called "News" station, so they have to create tabloid crap to keep them going. They milked the anti-gay marriage beauty queen for all she was worth and Sarah Palin is yesterday's mashed potatoes. Glenn Beck is sponsor-poison. Something has to fill their time .... aside from throwing tantrums because President Obama won't give them the time of day.

Have you ever listened to Glenn Beck's show? He is only asking questions, not condeming anyone. He sees us needing to "Ask reasonable questions, During unreasonable times'. Plus he's doing what the president said we should do... "judge him by the people he surrounds himself with" & uses their own words in either video or book & with the president quotes from his book. Check him out for a week before you decide he's crazy. Take care!
Glen Beck - proof that republicans are going off the deep end as they follow the loony Beck right over the edge. He is just plain nuts.
It's their parade. They can have who they want.
