'Glee' Creator Disses NBC and Jay Leno

When the 'Glee' creator Ryan Murphy found out that NBC pulled the plug on the cast's appearance on the 2009 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, he decided to take a verbal swipe at NBC... and the network's most famous comedian. "I completely understand NBC's position, and look forward to seeing a Jay Leno float," he told EW.com.

TMZ first reported that Macy's invited the FOX cast, but when rival NBC (who airs the parade) found out, they told the department store to pull the plug. TMZ reached out to a rep for FOX who declined to comment. (Get the story.)

'Glee' is a musical comedy-drama television series that airs on Fox. It focuses on a high school show choir, also known as a glee club, set within the fictional William McKinley High School in Lima, Ohio. The first season began airing on September 9, 2009. It stars Lea Michele, Jane Lynch and Kevin McHale.

You have got to check out the front page of AOL.Yesr book pictures of different people,the first one is Michelle O. I thought it was a boy until clicked on to see the pictures. Beware, you are not going to see a pretty Picture.

I wonder what makes people like you tick? This is an article about NBC/FOX/Glee/Jay Leno. NOWHERE in this story is there any mention of Mrs. Obama. What would prompt you to post something about that? Is it just pure hate or what? Just curious.

NBC is just mad because their programming is horrible. They cancelled Southland instead of Leno, which is a total suckfest. There is too much competition from other networks for Leno to be successful in that time slot. Give it up NBC. Let it go. Your experiment failed.

As for Glee, I love that show. It's so well done. The writing is fantastic and now that the cast has been disinvited to participate in the parade, I have yet another reason not to watch NBC. Good Job Guys :)

The float comment was funny! However i dont think a jay float would work! They would have to fly it too high to accommodate his chin but they could never fly it high enough to accommodate his ego!
