Judge Rules Jon Must Return $180K

Today's court date between Jon and Kate Gosselin didn't go in Jon's favor, as the embattled reality TV star and father of eight is being forced to return $180,000 he removed from the couple's bank accounts recently. TMZ is reporting that Jon was ordered to return the funds because they were in violation of an arbitrator's order.

He was reported to have removed $230,000 initially from their account, despite a ban from such instances due to the couple's ongoing nasty divorce.

Kate spoke out following the ruling, saying: "As difficult as this has been for me, I am pleased that the Court has ruled fairly on behalf of myself and my children. Now that this matter has been ruled on, I look forward to returning to private arbitration, as we have agreed to do, to resolve any remaining issues."

Kate's lawyer, Mark Momjian, addressed the rest of the money by saying "the remaining sum of $55,000, which Ms. Gosselin used for household bills and expenses relating to the children, will be subject to further determination by the arbitrator at a later date."

Gosselin must replace the missing money by their next court hearing, which is scheduled for Oct. 26. If the money is not replaced, he will have to appear before a judge for a contempt proceeding, TMZ reports.

OK, he buys million $$ apartment in NYC, a Mercedes, a BMW, (not counting the Porsche SUV he bought his mistress), goes for trips to France (with mistress in tow), says his kids don't mind being in front of cameras...then 3 days later (when he is essentially dropped from the TLC show) forbids cameras & stops production "to protect" his kids...YET.. HE allows them to be filmed with him just days after that???? And rode over on his 4-wheeler to SIGN AUTOGRAPHS??? Oh, & I heard that HE is working on TV deals of his own that would allow filming at times of his kids??? What's this? WHERE ARE THE TRUST FUNDS FOR THESE KIDS?? Somebody get the judge to set up monies for the little ones...make this egotistical, selfish man stop spending so much(HE was ruled in violation of the agreement...not Kate). Good for the judge to also ask for an accounting of how she has spent the money. What a train-wreck!

If he gave a darn about his children, he wouldn't drain the energy of their mother by behaving like he is. The health/well-being of those children is dependent upon having a rested, happy, healthy primary care-giver (Kate). I don't think I have ever been so totally turned off by a male celebrity since Rush Limbaugh. I wish some tall, hunky (as oppossed to short, chunky) guy who is truly able to cherish a woman comes into Kate's life. Think for one moment she would be acting like a witch if her needs as a woman were being met? Heck no!

She is doing whats best for those little ones yes she is doing things for herself nails hair new clothes so what who doesnt do these things if they can. Just look at his face its like a little boy who was caught doing something wrong do i think he loves his children of course but he is not doing whats best for them Has she seemed like she was mean to him yes but sometimes thats what you have to do to make sure your kids are getting what they need my husband cheated on me and did the party life and I seemed like a -itch to everyone but I had to do the things I needed to do so my children were taken care of sometimes the wife steps up as the -itch and sometimes the husband has to do it Mother or father which ever one does what they need to do to make sure the children are taken care of come on all you Jon lovers he has always said he was to young to be a father and now hes showing you that he truely was but Kates not to blame for that he agreed at the time these babies are presious all eight and he better grow up soon cause Kate would not have treated him that way if he acted like an equal She still loves him and always will he just keeps wrecking any chance to be a family again he is a selfish baby who crys poor me while Kate never has to have a lawyer sitting beside her to go on tv because she is looking out for these 8 babies

Did you live with them by chance and you know all of this for sure or is opinion only jaded by your own personal experiences. The idiot removed a pretty significant amount of money from their account without any notification. He SHOULD be ordered to return it. What did he think no one would notice? Maybe if he wasn't such a jackass they wouldn't have had to go to court with this at all, but it looks like Jon is still the 9th child.

i have watched the show from the first day. she ask him on one show if he resented her for having the other babies and he said no ..he didn't..Hello his action speaks louder than words..he quit his job willing so as Kate could go on personal appearances( Kate also quit her job to stay home to look after the kids)to make money for the family...I think once T.L.C. decided to take his name from the show he got jealous and resentment sat in..His actions is the reason he was elimated not Kate..He reminds me of a dog in season ...Girls I hope you are seeing him for what he is.I am not saying he should stay if he no longer loves Kate but does he have to bed every female on the planet? Hillary is also aloser and birds of a feather flock together...Sorry to see the show gone I loved the kids and how much the have grown..last but not least..God help all of them as they are going to need his help...
