Avril Lavigne Files for Divorce

Rocker Avril Lavigne has officially filed for divorce from her estranged husband and Sum 41 rocker Deryck Whibley. In the papers filed, Lavigne is also seeking to deny him spousal support, TMZ is reporting.

Court documents show Lavigne cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. The Los Angeles Superior Court papers also showed that the couple's property rights are not yet determined.

The pop-punk couple married in 2006 when Lavigne was just 21. Now 24, Lavigne and Whibley, the 29-year-old Sum 41 frontman, announced in September that they were officially splitting.

Lavigne has had a string of hits throughout her career, including songs like 'Sk8r Boi' and 'Nobody's Home.'

she is a major c u next tuesday in my opinion
i dont care what happens to her
and I know nothing about him and could care less about him as well
both of them could disappear from the face of the earth never to be heard of again and i personally would not care
