Don Rickles - Doesn't it just make you feel warm inside when celebrities pick each other up and help each other out. Yes, us too. That's what happened Wednesday night at the final preview of 'Bye Bye Birdie' on Broadway. A rotating stage malfunction stopped the musical mid-show. The curtain dropped and John Stamos popped out and asked his celebrity friends in the audience for help. The 83-year-old comedian Don Rickles shouted out from his seat for Stamos to get a haircut. Fellow 'Full House' alum and dirty comedian in his own right Bob Saget did oblige Stamos' appeal. He got on stage for a quick routine, shouting into Stamos' head mic, "I'm really glad your crot*h is not miked." Twenty minutes later the show went on.

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Jeopardy - Whoops. "Embarrassing moments on 'Jeopardy!'" Alex Trebek told the audience last night after the NBA great flunked an easy slam dunk. A UCLA alum himself, Abdul-Jabbar selected "I Went to UCLA" for $400: "Tell your old man to drag this '70s UCLA & Trail Blazer center (& Lanier!) up & down the court for 48 minutes." Kareem buzzed quickly and shouted out his own name. Apparently he forgot that he never played on the Trail Blazers himself. We knew athletes were self-centered, but this just takes it to another level.

Balloon Boy Throws Up - This story just gets better. Really it's too good to be true. The kid's name is Falcon, his family starred on 'Wife Swap' and his dad builds homemade rocket launchers. Now Falcon has maybe let the cat out of the bag. "You said we did this for a show," the six-year-old said to his dad while being interviewed by Wolf Blitzer on CNN. Daddy, of course, said he didn't know what little Falcon was talking about. When asked to elaborate in a later interview with ABC, the boy said, "Mom, I feel like I'm going to vomit." Then during a live 'Today' interview, Falcon puked into a little cup while his Dad was asked the same question.

Peter Kowalczyk - Who the heck is this guy? That's probably just what Leona Lewis asked during a book signing on Wednesday when he flew across a table and punched her in the face. Turns out the 29-year-old was a reject on the same 'X Factor' season which Leona won in 2007. He reportedly waited five hours in line to have his copy of Leona's 'Dreams' signed, just so he could land a jealousy-fueled sucker punch on the platinum-selling singer's kisser. And now Lewis has canceled her promo tour of Germany because she's so distraught. Kowalczyk is being held at a psychiatric hospital for common assault.

Katherine Heigl Leaving Grey's Anatomy - Rumors have swirled for years that Dr. Izzie Stevens would be leaving 'Grey's Anatomy.' Katherine Heigl is a big screen star now (and the second best paid women in prime time, behind Tyra, according to Forbes), so it's only a matter of time before she splits for greener pastures. That prediction seemed to come true last night as Izzie was cut from the staff of Seattle Grace following a medical mishap and budget cuts at the hospital. But fans shouldn't freak out just yet. Sources say Heigl is just taking a five-episode hiatus to film 'Life as We Know It' with Josh Duhamel and Christina Hendricks.
