Ok, here are my thoughts. First of all, the only reason Kardashian is defending Simpson is because she's a fellow celebrity. If I were the one being made fun of by that ad, she wouldn't care. Secondly, Simpson needs to understand that if she wants to be a celebrity, that she's going to be made fun of one way or another. If she can't handle that, then celebrity life is not for her.
