To be all honest, after watching the commercial again.. the biggest stabs(no pun intended) were aimed at the dallas cowboys TEAM and HEAD COACH and not Jessica. On her worst day Jessica Simpson is finer than most American males will ever have as a wife or a girlfriend. Face it, the vast majority of us are average or worse. So many people are like Mexican crabs, always pulling each other back into the bucket of mediocrity. While I can't stand to watch the lady sing, her physical attributes are stellar compared to the vast majority of us, so efforts to bring her down only show signs of envy and self loathing. Leave the woman alone. Unless she is knocking on YOUR door begging to do you. Then you have a decision to make. And a nice one at that.

The frightening thing here is that normal sized women are now considered overweight. It's not a medical issue it's a social issue and the trend is growing like a cancer and it will affect all women especially young women who are already obsessing over their looks in epidemic numbers. Where are we going with all of this. December 21, 2012 cannot come fast enough.

While I agree that we need to make sure that girls are not overly body conscious we do have to face the other side of the coin. 71% of Americans are overweight. By medical standards would Jessica fall into that category. While I think the cartoon was rude and out of line I think talking about that fact that Jessica could be taking better care of herself is not.
I am not saying Jessica need to be a size 2 but portioned to her height and a healthy medical weight YES. If he weight continues she is a candidate for type 2 diabetes and other medical issues.

Unfortunately, I think Jessica & more importantly her father brought on a lot of this kind of "stupid stuff" back in the days of the poor treatment of her husband Nick Lachey.....but it has gotten to the point where I am beginning to feel sorry for her. Who the hell is Kim Kardashian any way???? I think I heard her name for the first time about a year or so ago, and wondered who she was and why all of sudden she is in the limelight and famous. Is she a singer? actress? model? philanthropist? or is just a wannabe to fit in with the famous stars? She is beautiful, no doubt, but successfully got in with the in crowd off of rich daddy's money, perhaps? At least all the other women mentioned in the above comments had to work to achieve their success, unlike those that are born into family riches. Come on people, give these women credit (Jessica, Brittney, Lindsay, etc.) they obviously have talent, determination, worked hard, and did not rely on good looks alone. It appears that is all Kim has going for her....for now.
