Kate says "They love the events.." exactly they and she loved what the show did for them. All the money and free trips and free stuff, most donated just get their name on TV. How many of you who think Kate and the kids are suffering had your B-day cake made by a celebrity chef? Or had free play houses donated?

I hope Jon now can afford child support. Does he still have a book deal? I think Jon finally realize the wild nights out were not worth it. Lets see if he steps up to the plate.

The reason those kids are acting out is mainly because Kate is yelling and screaming at them. I am sure she's upset that she she won't be on the air as much, thus fears losing her 15 minutes of "Fame" as well as the "Fortune" she's been raking in for the past few years. I don't think the kids care about the filming as much Kate says they do..but I'm sure they wish dad was there all of the time. He took a lot of abuse from her... as anyone who has ever seen even one of the shows has witnessed...now she's sounding off on them. I have always been on team Jon, and predicted this would happen about 2 yrs. ago. (I knew that one day she would go over the line and he would no longer be able to take it.) He said she ended the marriage for all intents and purposes except for filming (last Oct.). I believe him, and still do..and yes, he acted like a kid in a candy shop there for awhile..but I think he is trying to get a life and he thinks that this girlfriend is the answer (wrong). He has been great with the kids, and thats all that matters. Kate is a nagging control freak and a spoiled B--ch. She is rude, phony and demanding thus she has no friends, has no tollerance for the kids having them and did not allow Jon to have them...she desrves exactly what she is getting!

Please move off of Jon, Kate, and the kids. They need to get a real life like real people. Isn't it ashame Kate, and the kids, won't be catered to by freebees and all the media attention. Let her take the kids to events (and Pay for them) like all other parents do.

I am so sick of Gossleins and hearing about them. Just make them go away.

I guess you don't have kids and if you do you don't want them to have everything you can get for them. How sad for you. These children have a great opportunity to go and do things that they would have never done and supporting one or two children is tuff but for eight...wow good for Kate

Yes, true, but Kate and Jon ALLOWED it! They had to know what all these cameras and all this attention were going to do to their minds! Of course the kids are wailing! It's obvious thie parents are unable to keep the kids in that sort of lifestyle they're accustomed to without the TLC paycheck rolling in! Now what? The Gravy Train's in the station, and you're being KICKED OFF IT!! Get a job, Kate, I understand you're a nurse. Nurses make some pretty decent money, at least the kids won't be starving... okay, so they won't be in Disneyland this week, and Hawaii next week, but they won't starve. Jon, you need to get your act together, Pal, nuff said.

The children would never have been followed around by paparazzi had Kate and Jon not invited the world into their home to gape at their kids. Good grief. I have no doubt that it was a fun show to watch, but at what expense? I think any reality show that involves children should not be allowed to show any one family or child for more than one episode - ala Extreme Makeover, etc. It's bad enough that the kids of bonafide celebrities who are actually famous for a talent - acting, singing, athletics, etc. - are forced to live with it, but for kids like the Gosselins, whose parents aren't blessed with any talent other than NO BOUNDARIES, once the cameras go away, they are gone. So the kids are . . . confused, at best. What a mess. Too bad mom and dad ever set them up for this.

Very true the media needs to let that family go on their own way now. As for the kids acting out I'm sure since they are used to the hustle and bustle of the TV crews their entire routine has been screwed up and anyone that has kids know if you screw up a childs routine they tend to act out.

Kate and TLC are exploiting these children. We are all observors to the treain wreck.

Well yes it is true and to those people saying that the should have known what they were getting themselves into i think they were happy to be able to earn more money than otherwise. This show gave these kids a great experience and had they not had this show people would have been complaining about another family living off of food stamps and government help. They found a way to help themselves their kids were ok with it but yes the down side is the paparazzi. Kate is dealing with it teaching her kids. But it doesn't seem like she is totally complaining about it she is just upset that she is being blamed for the bad exploitation. Also those of you who are saying they chose to have 6 kids. I highly doubt that they went to get fertilization help and most often not all embryos actually form into children but theirs did they were probably hoping for one or two more children not 6.

I don't think the kids need to be asked if they want to continue the show. Their ages do not give them the emotional or mental decision making skills for that question. Kids have it hard enough and I'm sure they've had plenty of teasing in school already over this. Where are their friends ever???

It's a good thing that the show is being cancelled. Kate can go back to asking society to help raise them in other ways. Like she stated herself, it's society's obligation. PUKE.

Jon has only had the kid's best interest in heart from the beginning. He asked the kids and one of the older ones starting crying saying she didn't want to do it anymore. This is KATE'S free ride!! She'll miss the EVENTS caused it never cost them anything. She's a vulture and the ONLY person doing the right thing in this whole mess is Jon. Maybe if she didn't treat him like one of her servants they could've worked it out. From the start of this show I would even say out loud while watching "what a b*tch". Jon was strapping the kids in the car and she wanted him to be helping her,...well, he can only do one thing at a time. Get a real job Kate and stop your whining. OH, another thing, stop calling yourself a SINGLE MOM, you are NOT a single mom and do an injustice to those REAL single moms in the real world. Go count your money in your 11 accounts then cry....NOT! Jon, know you've done the right thing by leaving her, I feel for the kids though...but in time they'll get used to not having the crew around, which Kate probably used as babysitters anyhow.

Who cares what the kids feel?? they're little they have no voice, whatever the parents say is what goes, now in this particular case both parents are out just to profit themselves on their kids account. Both these parents are losers, Kate is always whining trying to get sympathy from everybody (not from me)both just looking for their 15 minutes of fame. When are they going to go away and take away their kids too.

First of all they are not babies anymore. They are acting out because they will have to start acting like regular kids. My kids would have loved to do half the things that they did. Why doesn't Kate start acting like a mother. And put that dam Pink Phone down
