Miley Cyrus' 'L.A.-by-way-of-Nashville' jam 'Party in the U.S.A.' isn't going away anytime soon, thanks in part to a new Youtube clip that's been making waves online. The video features an endearing kid named Stephen Torrence enthusiastically rocking out in sign language to the bouncy pop tune. As evidenced by a quick browse through the Youtube comments, the cute video is making a lot of hearing-impaired tweens happy. And however you feel about the song, we can all agree that those facial expressions are priceless.Miley Cyrus 'Party in the USA' Video Gets Sign Language Treatment

I'm not normally into teeney bopper music but I like that song and this was a great video. Some people dont relate that the deaf can "feel" the music.

Linda, I think you're under the impression that this guy is Deaf. He's a Sign Interpreter. I have a Deaf sister, and we sign songs all the time with one another, it is considered an art form. If my sister likes a song and the way it feels, she will ask me to interpret the lyrics for her. Then we'll actually work on it together to perform for other family and friends, once we've synchronized. She would not otherwise know what word we're up to in the lyrics. And BTW, the Deaf have a long celebrated history of being great dancers, because they feel the beat better than a Hearing person. This guy just happens to be Hearing, and also great expressively with his full-body Signing on the beat. More interpreters should sign like him!
The show was pretty good and even deaf people can feel the music, thumbs up. Louisville Paranormal Investigations and Shaows of Kentucky, check out our site
