We're as fond of actress Andie MacDowell as the next person, but we were a bit perplexed to find the 51-year-old 'Four Weddings and a Funeral' hottie nearing the top of today's Google Trends report. Our sleuthing suggest that MacDowell is in the news for a couple reasons today. Solve the mystery after the jump. For one, she and fellow L'Oreal ladies Eva Longoria and Kate del Castillo slammed their hands into wet cement yesterday at a Friends of the Walk of Fame ceremony honoring the cosmetic company. Perhaps more newsworthy, next year MacDowell will be appearing in two Lifetime movies, 'At Risk' and 'The Front,' both based on Patricia Cornwell novels. Oh, did we mention she's playing a middle-aged nympho who takes advantage of young men?
