Why must it always come down to "its a black thing" do you have nothing less to do than spend your time to just categorize black people with legal issues. This shallow view is exactly what is wrong with the society in America these days. I hope you can change your views one day and leave that type of talk where it needs to be left... 200 years ago when slavery existed

Your comment has makes no sense at all. Why does this story irritate you? Are you that unsatisfied with your life that you have nothing better to do than complain about a story that states its possible he will go to jail because of something illegal. It's not like it says he's getting away with it. You're an idiot.

So lets get this straight.... They are going to spend THOUSANDS of Tax payers dollars to conduct a DNA test on a gun just to "set an example" of this man. Not saying he should be exempt from any type of judical process, but one should know that there is still much fight to have this type of DNA testing accepted in many rape trials. Why is he so important to warrant such an indepth prosecutiion?? Is his crime really more important than the thousand of cold cases lying dormant in a basement waiting or needing this type of DNA testing?? Are the families and victims of these crimes not worthy to receive closure from their attacks and sometimes murders?? And lastly, DO YOU FOLKS REALIZE YOU ARE PAYING FOR THIS???? I'd rather have my tax dollars going to something way more important!!!!
