Another movie star out of touch with reality. Instead of interviewing celebrities, these hearing should concentrate on real people. Violence against woman is: a. generic, b. learned from abusive fathers, c. accelerated by rap music. d. made even worse by women who won't stand up to the jerks and put a bullet in them if necessary,

You think rap music is a bad influence, while you advocate cold blooded murder? Man, are you screwed up.

Nearly every Hollywood movie has 1) Screaming woman, 2) Sirens, 3) Gunshots. This simple formula fascinates the masses for some odd reason.

Thanks, Nicole, for speaking up and helping to bring attention to this.
The same type of jerks who beat their wives also beat their children. They are cowards who will run and hide if a real man confronts them.
I know from personal experience, having grown up in this type of household.
Now my dad is gone but his influence remains apparant in my two brothers, who have physically abused their children. My neice reported one of my brothers who was ordered to take anger managment classes. My other brother's wife left him and took the children.
My mother wouldn't leave my abusive father because she had five children to raise and couldn't afford to by herself. Being an immigrant made the prospect of leaving him even more frightening, so we endured the beatings.
No one wants their brother to be arrested or to be sent to jail, but what about the children and the wives who suffer in silence?

Thanks for the wonderful insight Nicole. I especially like your plea for more money. Since you've become stinkin rich with all that "evil Hollywood money", maybe you should use some of your own ill-gotten gains. In case you haven't heard, our new leader Obama has bankrupt the US several times over, so there's no more US tas money available to prop up the UN.
