Kate Gosselin's Lawyer Says Jon Hasn't Paid Up Yet

A judge ordered Jon Gosselin to return $180,000 from the joint bank account he shares with his estranged wife Kate Gosselin, but according to her lawyer, the father of eight has only paid by $28,500.

"The only proof of money we received is $28,500 that was sent over a week ago," Mark Momjian tells Usmagazine.com.

"The only thing we're looking for is the difference, which is about $151,500. We have not yet received confirmation of that," Momjian adds.

However, Jon's lawyer claimed his client is has followed judge's orders.

"Jon has completely complied with all of the directives of the court. He complied. He met all the mandates.," Mark Heller said.

"That's factually incorrect," Momjian says of Heller's statement.

And if Jon doesn't pay the money back by Monday? "We'll be in court. We'll be in court," Momjian claims.

How true, what can a person learn from these selfish exploitive idiots who don't even care if they ruin their kid's lives? All we can do is use it as an example of how NOT to live our lives.
Who really cares about their divorce anyway, when it comes to divorce everone just want to be right and no one tells the truth. For instance this....didn't she say he'd taken a half million that she wanted back? Now it's down to 200 grand. Get your stories straight people, or better yet keep it to yourself.

Kate is nothing but a money hungry biotch. She is deffinately lying when she states that she is not having an affair with her body-guard. You can tell by the body language in the photos. The money (al of it) brlongs to the children. The judge needs to step in and appoint someone to control the money for the children. Kate is spending on salons, tanning centers, and the gym, and on cosmetics. She would complain even if John repaid all the money because she wants more. Kate is having her picture taken with other children. One question-where are her kids? This woman is never home and her kids are now acting out. Both Kate and Jon need to grow up. If tabloids and t.v. shows stop the inviting these two for interviews people would soon forget them. Please stop giving these two attention.

To answer your worthy question: Apparently there's this couple who took fertility drugs - hadda lotta kids - and got on TV. Now the husband is henpecked and seeing some young chick he wants to marry and she's playing it out that she's now stuck with all these kids and not getting a cent. Kind of a Brady Bunch with Mike playing around on Carol while she and Alice are stuck home with the kids making up their mind what curtains they want for the living room while Mike looks like the bore and tossing money after young girls. Oh, one other point - Mike actually WORKS for his money. Kate is a harpy apparently while Jon is an immature dolt needing love and affection to heal the manipulation of his privacy. A sad saga unworthy of most's attention if not only for the abuse of the children who were supposedly to "benefit" from this form of "entertainment". This "real drama" continues inexorably and painfully on.....

It's going to take some time to sell the gas guzzling cars he bought and to pry all the bling he bought his girlfriend from her hands to return it! At least Kate is spending her money on stuff like food, kids clothes, the mortgage..... She's not buying any boyfriend(s) cars or jewelry. She doesn't even have a boyfriend - she's too busy working and taking care of her kids.
