'Black Hawk Down' actor Tom Sizemore is being sued by an ex-girlfriend for allegedly not paying child support for the couple's twin boys, TMZ is reporting.In the lawsuit, filed last week in L.A. Superior Court, Jinele McIntire claims the troubled actor owes her $58,800 in child support and hasn't seen the 4-year-olds since taping VH1's 'Sober House' earlier this year.
The first line of the suit pretty much sums up McIntire's point of view: "TOM SIZEMORE is a DEAD BEAT DAD."

I support all woman on this one. I have been a single mother for 6years raising twin boys also who will be 8years old this year. I do have job but I still find that I do need extra money just to keep all the bills paid and food on the table. So Tom you need to think of these children. Pay more and pay more attention to them children of yours.

Here's a thought. Instead of moving in with your brother and holding your breath for back child support, get a job! Too many women don't bother to get married,have children,and then boo-hoo when the relationship ends. If you thought enough of a man to have a child with him,why not get married? Too many people playing house and not by the rules. No wonder a mess ensues.You picked him,Jinele!

Try raising 4 year old twin boys, paying for daycare, when you're already broke and can't keep your head above water. Until you've been in the same boat......it's best not to judge.
Get real, Karen - whether she had children in or out of wedlock has nothing to do with him being responsible for HIS children also. It takes two to make children therefore they are both responsible; and in this economy, many COUPLES have had to move in with relatives,even if that couple were earning a living. I agree - best not to judge, and all deadbeat dads should pay to take care of the chilkdren. It is too bad that you believe a man shouldn't be responsible for taking care of their own children
Why don't these actors like everyone else use protection? If you don't want kids use something... and the ladies should keep there legs closed... stop looking to them as a bank... I hope that he does pay the child support but next time either get fixed so you dont' have to worry about any more babies.....

The law should work like this.....If the sex was consensual, then both parties appear in court. If both object to the pregnancy, then the options are abortion or carry to term and give up the child for adoption. If the woman refuses and wants to keep it and the man doesn't, then she assumes complete financial responsibility for the child. If the man wants the child, the woman still has the option to keep it or not, whereupon the man signs an agreement to support it. After all , it's her body!

And if the woman is unable to support the child on her own than the child suffers. Makes sense to me.

At least she is also suing for medical insurance for HIS kids and not applying for me to pay the bill through Medicaid! ( Think "Octo-Puss" ) Also she moved in with her brother as opposed to getting a free house in a hard working neighborhood through section 8 housing. Frankly I see no reason why anyone is slamming her. He made the kids-and HE is probably the one who declared " no Marriage".

He needs to pay for his kids. As broke as I am, I've never mind paying child support. On top of that, I try as hard as I can to buy him new clothes, help out with lunch money, and all the other expensees. Having said that, I hate it when my ex-wife threatens to take more from me especially when my son's expenses have drasticaly gone down now that he's 7, out of daycare and in school. The other thing that bothers me is that she was always the bread winner, plus she never works with my work schedule and sometimes the loads don't work out for me to get home during my custody times, yet when I get thru the house other weekends or during the week, she never let's me have him. But back on the main subject, he's a deadbeat and needs to help his childrens Mother finacialy and be with his kids whenever possible. I do like his acting very well, but I can't enjoy his acting as much knowing he's a deadbeat.

I have a 15 year old who works and buys her own clothes and food with her own money while I pay $1000 per month in child support. Oh yeah, it's really, really fair. NOT!!!!!!!!

I am so sorry for you! NOT, those are your kids, if you think a $1000 a month pay for a child care you are living in LALA land. Most father's who have children out of wedlock or are divorced do not take care of their children. I come from a single parent home and know all this all too well. I have no respect for any man who does this to his children. Let them rot in jail and in hell.
