Lawsuit: Tom Sizemore a 'Dead Beat Dad'

'Black Hawk Down' actor Tom Sizemore is being sued by an ex-girlfriend for allegedly not paying child support for the couple's twin boys, TMZ is reporting.

In the lawsuit, filed last week in L.A. Superior Court, Jinele McIntire claims the troubled actor owes her $58,800 in child support and hasn't seen the 4-year-olds since taping VH1's 'Sober House' earlier this year.

The first line of the suit pretty much sums up McIntire's point of view: "TOM SIZEMORE is a DEAD BEAT DAD."

Because of his alleged lack of payment, McIntire claims she and the twins have been forced to live with her brother in Texas, where Sizemore "has made no attempt to see them."

The lawsuit claims Sizemore has made $400,000 in recent years from reality show appearances alone. McIntire is also seeking health insurance for the children and attorney's fees.

$58,000! This amount shows the unreality of 'justice' in the US. It doesn't take this much to raise two kids for four years. And since the kids stay with her brother in Texas, perhaps Jinele should pay child support to her sibling! Why doesn't Jinele ask Tom to take the kids if she can't afford them?
