Jamie McCourt Photos – A dude with a lot of money gets divorced and ya'll wanna see who he's been porking. Frank and Jamie McCourt own the Los Angeles Dodgers. They announced they'd be taking a non-stop trip to splitsville the very same day the Dodgers were to start a crucial series vs. the Phillies in the NLCS, putting a hex on the season and throwing the franchise's future into limbo. In California, everything gets split down the middle. So Jamie should get half the Dodgers, and that's what she wants, claiming Frank's estate is valued somewhere around $1.2 billion. Larry Langford Trial – Larry Langford became Mayor of Birmingham, Alabama in 2007. Starting five years prior to that, the politician accumulated thousands of dollars in cash, jewels, clothes and various other gifts while his city went down the drain. Thanks to a costly and corrupt effort headed by Langford to improve its sewer system, Birmingham is now on the verge of bankruptcy. It would be the largest muicipal bankruptcy in US history. But Langford will no longer have his dirty fingers in Alabama politics. Today he was found guilty on all 60 counts filed against him.

Anthony Toth – On Monday, The Wall Street Journal ran a weird story about a weird dude named Anthony Toth. Anthony Toth has a peculiar hobby. He likes to recreate old airplane cabins in his garage. An employee of American Airlines, Toth has spent $50,000 to recreate down to the smallest detail the first-class passenger area of a Pan Am 747. Now you're Googling him like crazy, because you wanna know how crazy this crazy guy really is.

No Ceilings Mixtape – If you're familiar with Lil Wayne, you know about 7 bajillion mixtapes hit the streets bearing his name every year. Most are unauthorized, many are by artists just trying to hop on his hitmaking coat-tails, and many are just compilations of past songs cobbled together by enterprising fans. The 'No Ceilings' mixtape is real, and it's new, and it's authorized, and it's available for download right HERE.

Boondock Saints 2 – Yep, there's gonna be a sequel to the cult favorite shoot-em-up and it's hitting theaters this frickin' weekend. 'The Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day' picks up after the Boston bloodbath of its 1999 predecessor, finding the boys hiding out in Ireland. They're summoned back to Beantown when a priest gets killed by evil forces, and bullets fly, Troy Duffy employs his usual quick cuts, hot girls get a little naked, and so on. We haven't seen it ourselves, but we've seen the trailer. Close enough, no?

Walmart Caskets – When there's money to be made, you better believe Walmart's gonna make it! The mega-retailer has now moved into the funeral biz, selling caskets online in its new "Funeral Department" from $999.00 to $3,199.00. You can also buy kitty urns and necklaces with heart-shaped ash compartments. Hard to say if Walmart moving into the business of death is disturbing or just convenient. One thing's for sure. America's biggest retailer might want to change its slogan: Save money. Die better?

Larry Langford: You're almost correct. Yes, I believe LaLa was in on that sewer bond swap transaction. However, we was a Jefferson County Commissioner at the time and JeffCo is what is bankrupt, not Birmingham. Bham has its problems too though. One of the local reporters here asked him yesterday afternoon about how this conviction hurts his vision for Bham's 2020 bid for the Olympics. Classic!
