Selena Gomez will be chatting live on UStream tonight about her experiences as the youngest UNICEF ambassador, including her recent trip to Africa and the Trick-Or-Treat campaign she is heading for the second Halloween in a row.
Gomez, 17, is urging her fans to "make Halloween count" by Trick-Or-Treating for UNICEF this weekend to reach their $1 million goal, which will buy kids around the world the basics: clean water, food, health care and education.
Instead of asking for candy, trick-or-treaters ask for a donation to their UNICEF box. The top three fundraisers will even win a personal phone call and autograph from the 'Wizards of Waverly Place' star.
This September she traveled to Ghana, a country with a very high child mortality rate, to witness the conditions first hand and support UNICEF's mission to reduce these preventable deaths.
Gomez posted photos from the trip and kept us updated on her Twitter page. She called the experience "life-changing."
Make sure to check out her live chat tonight at 4PM PST / 7PM EST to hear all about her work with UNICEF. You can watch it here:
