Casting the 'Jon & Kate Plus 8' Movie

Once-upon-a-time, Jon and Kate Gosselin were just the parents of twins and sextuplets, whose occasional appearances on TLC to showcase the difficulties of parenting multiple sets of multiples turned into a reality series -- 'Jon & Kate Plus 8.' But now, their life and fame have sky-rocketed into a tabloid mess and their story is definitely made-for-TV-worthy. (And there are rumors that there is a movie in the making.) With the accusations of affairs, the talk show appearances and the court drama, we're sure it'd be a riveting film. Check out our picks for who should play who. Kate Gosselin

The mother-of-8 has transformed herself from a frumpy housewife to a glamorous wanna-be talk show host. These actresses could all easily have the "Kate look" and pull off acting like a shrew in one moment, and a sympathetic scorned wife the next.

Jon Gosselin

Whoever takes on the role of Octo-Dad will need to be able to wear a Cubic-zirconium in one ear, a blue tooth headset in the other, and love Ed Hardy -- if that's actually possible. We think one of these actors could definitely handle Jon's personality and personal style.

Our favorite: Tim Kang

Hailey Glassman

Gosselin's 23-year-old girlfriend definitely has earned her place in the film -- with her own appearances on talk shows and her constant Twitter updates about her love affair with the Gosselin patriarch. And she's got a little baggage of her own -- once she was exposed as the new woman, photos of her doing drugs and drinking in college popped up all over the Internet. And that definitely adds intrigue to the story.

Steve Neild

Steve is the salt-and-pepper bodyguard to Kate -- and Jon claims the two had an affair. Both parties have denied it and Kate says she's just friends with the hunky guy who puts his life on the line for hers every day.

Our favorite: James Brolin

Nancy Grace

Television's most-feared interview went head-to-head with Jon on 'The Insider,' and turned into a figurative bloody pulp. This confrontation definitely needs recreating, but who will fill the lawyer's shoes?

Hope that movie idea is a joke, its Halloween not April fools day add it to one more embarrassing thing that the +8 will have to endure

Kate Gosselin was never 'FRUMPY". Kate has always been a very attractive, articulate young woman.

after giving birth to a litter, she looked frumpy. Who wouldnt??? I think she looks great now. But I think she and Jon are really making mistakes now. Time will tell.

And I just love how Kate describes Steve. LOL How they're "just friends" (yeah right, I believe that like I believe Jon is sporting a CZ...lol) who puts his life on the line everyday to protect hers!! LMAO That's been the 2nd funniest thing I've heard Kate say. The first one being... "That she'd work at McDonalds if she had to in order to raise her kids". LOL

Here's an idea. Why not let Kate play Kate? After all, she's such a great actress!! :D Every episode you see of Jon & Kate + 8, she's ACTING her ass off. Do I really think she's a "great actress"? HELL NO. If she was, I wouldn't be able to see/hear her B.S. as soon as I see her, hear her!!

Hey FATHER KNOWS BEST... I love those titles. They fit them PERFECTLY!! LOL Just make sure that "if" one of your tites is used, that you get PAID for it!! LOL But be careful. You might just have to go up against KATE. While I don't think she'd like any of the titles, if one was to be used, trust me on this, you'll be in a battle with her because as we all know, well, those of us who AREN'T drinking the KATE G KOOL-AID that is, 1. She has to take credit for EVERYTHING and 2. She doesn't want ANYONE ELSE but HERSELF to profit off of her kids!!! LOL Peace

Since when does brown hair make you a frump?? Kate has always looked nice and I admire her for how she's handled all that she has been through - a whole lot better than her husband, that's for sure.

Sonja...no man could or should have to put up with what Jon did. Kate was not nice to him at all. I would left too, but I'd have taken those children with me. She was mean, rude, domineering, and just down right nasty.
And as far as frumpy, when she had brown hair she was frumpy. It was the hair, it was the way she carried herself. Nothing to do with weight, but the way she dressed, etc.

I really can't stand Jon. He has made such a mess of things. Both he and Kate were responsible for the break up of their marriage, but he has been acting like such an ass since the separation. Everybody says "Kate drove him to it with her controlling and mean ways", but come on. His true colors are showing. I am sure he was no picnic to live with either. He seems lazy and immature.
