TLC Wants to Question Hailey Glassman, Michael Lohan About Jon Gosselin

TLC is suing Jon Gosselin for breach of contract, and the network -- which produces 'Jon & Kate Plus 8' -- is calling upon his maybe-girlfriend Hailey Glassman and his celebrity BFF Michael Lohan to be their witnesses, RadarOnline.com reports.

Lawyers for TLC will depose Glassman and Lohan, along with Gosselin's bodyguard, his lawyer Mark Heller and others in their case against the Octo-Dad.

TLC believes that Gosselin has been in breach of contract by accepting money from other networks for appearances.

Does anyone in this mess have any pride?? Kate on TV crying, Jon appearing on every sleazy show that will have him and Hailey...Good God, why doesn't someone throw a net around her and take her to someplace for a long rest...Where are her parents as she makes a complete fool of herself on TV for this jerk. Kate is almost manic at the thought she might lose her cushy lifestyle. What makes her think that having 8 kids entitles you to luxury housing and "fun trips" What about the thousands of people with large families that actually work and take care of their families with a great deal of dignity...I feel so sorry for the Gosselin children who will have to live with this embarrassment for a very long time. TLC go back to what you are supposed to be...teach us something...so far your lineup is just crap...cakes, wedding dresses and dysfunctional families!

OK we get it - you don't like Kate. You don't like the programs on TLC- so why are you watching?

She DOES work. Just because she doesn't hold a traditional 9-5 doesn't mean she's not out there working her butt off. If it weren't for her assertive and "go-getter" approach, Jon would be penniless!

I've wanted to know that too. It's like the Dionne quintuplets exploitation, only on t.v. so we can watch a 'litter' of little kids in the comfort of our own dens. Those poor little kids are just like other children. No. I take that back. They are eight little children forced to fend for themselves emotionally because the adults in their lives - including TLC - think only of them as battery hens who must lay the money and fame eggs. I hope those kids have normal grandparents and aunts/uncles who will take them away and raise them with love as ordinary kids.
