Mysteries of 'Bert and Ernie,' 'Gretchen Rossi,' 'Elizabeth Lambert' Solved

Gretchen Real Housewives – Season 5 of 'The Real Housewives of Orange County' premiered last night, and not without fireworks. 32-year-old former real estate agent Gretchen Rossi shook things up by talking about some nudie pics that were previously released on the net. Fellow housewife Tamra Barney says of one pic, "There's a picture of her with a vibrator laying on a bed with a cord... Holy mother of gynecology! Who has a vibrator with a cord?" A woman who is "in a dark place," says Rossi. She was mourning the death of her husband at the time of the photo opps.

Yankees on Letterman – Derek Jeter, Jorge Posada, Andy Pettitte and World Series MVP Hideki Matsui appeared on 'Letterman' last night. "I don't mean any disrespect," Letterman joked, "but how hung over are you guys?" "Probably not as bad as you," Jeter snapped back. Jeter then went on to dispell rumors of his engagement to actress Minka Kelly. "I heard I was engaged. I heard I've been engaged a few times. I've heard I've been married and have kids."


Bert and Ernie – Saw this one coming. Google has been celebrating the 40^th anniversary of the debut of 'Sesame Street' all week. First it was Big Bird's big legs representing the "L" in Google. Yesterday Cookie Monster chomped chocolate chip cookies all over the search bar. And today Bert and Ernie (Ernie and Bert?) stand in for Google's "O"s. Back in 1969 when 'Sesame Street' was first screen tested in front of an audience, Bert and Ernie were the only original characters that tested well. They've been the stars of the show ever since.

Elizabeth Lambert – Googlers like tough girls. If they're beyond tough and just straight b*tches, all the better. Elizabeth Lambert, a soccer player for the University of New Mexico, falls into the latter category. In a playoff game vs. BYU, Lambert punched a girl in the back, tore a girl to the ground by her pony tail, and basically ran around the field like a mercenary out for blood. There's footage of all her bitchy antics, of course.

Victoria Prince – Kevin Federline has four kids already. Looks like he's about to have a fifth. Vollyball pro and current flame Victoria Prince is cookin' his bun in the oven, according to the National Enquirer. But the tabloid says Federline "wasn't planning to have children with Victoria, and now he's upset with her." No word out of Britney on how she feels on the matter.

Jim Carrey Website – JimCarrey.com went live this week in coordination with the release of 'A Christmas Carol,' but the Internet can't quite make up its mind whether the flash-heavy site sucks or kicks ass. Cinematical.com claims the it's "overwhelming enough to confuse even the most web-savvy user." We kinda agree, having spent many minutes just trying to land our cursor on a working link. But EW.com calls the site "a visually stunning treat." We'll let you decide for yourself.
