Jesse James: Leave Sandra Bullock Out of Custody Battle

Jesse James doesn't like his ex-wife
Janine Lindemulder dragging his current wife,
Sandra Bullock, into their custody battle.
Lindemulder suggests that 'The Proposal' star was trying to "take away [her] daughter," but James wants Bullock left alone.
"Sandra Bullock is not a party to this litigation," the "Monster Garage' host's lawyer tells
PEOPLE.
"Mr. James's sole concern is for the safety, welfare and best interests of his daughter. The proper forum to resolve this case is in the courtroom," his lawyer adds.
Bullock has been raising James' 5-year-old daughter Sunny since January, when Lindemulder was sent to prison for tax evasion. The actress has also written a letter to the court questioning the adult film actress' ability as a mother.

If Sandra Bullock is writing amicus letters to the court regarding her desire to have custody and commenting to the media - then she is most certainly a "party" to the litigation. If James doesn't want his wife to be involved, then he should have manned-up and dealt with this by commenting on behalf of the couple and addressed his ex directly - IN PRIVATE, not through his lawyer to the media. As it is, he just looks like a big p-whipped ass - but he's getting what he deserves for hooking up with a porno star to begin with. And for that matter, Sandy shouldn't be lowering herself and it says a lot about her that she married this douchebag who obviously had a lot of unresolved baggage going in. I mean, come on, the guy's no angel, himself. No one is going to win in this situation, especially not the child. Shut up and take this out the media and take care of your busines.

Yes Jim, you are right. One of the biggest reasons I especially like Sandra Bullock is the way she carries herself in public. (On interviews and the like.) She strives to be thought of as "just one of the girls" instead of the usual "looky here, I'm a movie star. She is one classy woman in my book and now that I see how she is sticking up for what she thinks is best for her husband's daughter, I think I love her even more.

The fact is that it is Sandra Bulloch that is making the most noise in this litigation. If Jesse wants her out of this than he should tall her to stay out of it. That obviously isn't happening. Sandra seems to be on top of things here though, and seems to also be a better mom that the kids real mother is. Looks like neither of the blood parents are any good at being parents at all...

Sandra Bullock is not suing anyone for custody. Jesse, as the biological father, is the one suing for custody. Shame on the mother for using Sandra Bullock's fame, to make this a stepmother issue. Bullock has proven she's a loving, caring stepmom who is supporting her husband's efforts to provide a safe, healthy home for his daughter. The facts (and the police record) speak volumes.

Jessie James is a good father, you don't know the whole story. Sandra is his wife she has co-parent with him and it's in her interest as well. As far as him going hollywood that couldn't be further than the truth. He doesn't need Sandra's money, he has plenty of it before he met her. Even without his tv show, he has a successful business. I commend Sandra for looking past the tattoos and getting to know a great man. I've seen him with his children at school and he isn't putting on a show.I really hope the Courts decide and do what is right. Would you be okay leaving your child with a felon? That's who Janine married, not only a felon but a person who distributed drugs and she met in a halfway house and married after 2 or 3 months.

I don't believe that Sandra should be the one handling the courts however the courts will look at her character as a person to consider whether she is suitable to be providing for Jesse's daughter the same way they will be evaluating Janine so she is already caught up in the whole ordeal whether Jesse likes it or not.I think that Jesse is going to have a hard time keeping her out of it no matter how hard he tries.
