So Sharon Osbourne has nasty things to say about Susan Boyle's looks? Sharon isn't a traditional beauty either, so this betrays a meanness thats unbecoming. Susan Boyle has a beauty about her, in voice as well. Sharon should keep her too-big mouth shut.

Susan Boyle has what Osbourne does not: class and talent. I anticipate a backlash against Osbourne and her cruel, unnecessary commentary. Will this affect her job on America's Got Talent? Will Piers and Simon be amused?

I think this is a very rude and insensitive thing that was said by Sharon Osbourne. If you look back years ago, when Sharon was a nobody, Sharon was an Ugly Duckling herself. If not for her husbands success and money she would still be an Ugly foul mouthed pig. The money and her husband brought her into the limelight and gave her the success that she now has. Oh!! and "lots" of plastic surgery, lets not forget that. How soon we forget,just where we came from. Shame on you Sharon, you are like the leopard, never changes her spots.

Sharon is very critical in a very nasty way of Susan Boyle's looks. Well I am sure if Susan Boyle were to spend the amount of money that Sharon has spent on plastic surgery on her face, then she would look just as good as Sharon does, maybe even better, because it takes more than plastic surgery to make a good person, and Sharon is not showing a good side to herself. Susan Boyle is also very talented, what talent does Sharon Osborne have besides criticizing others?

After her makeover,I thought Susan looked great,and she is far from ugly.Maybe old-fashioned,with not much fashion savvy.Sharon's looks are not natural,and she is hard with a viscous tongue.
