Inside Jessica Lowndes' Moulin Rouge-Themed 21st Birthday Party

Jessica Lowndes might play a troubled drama queen on '90210,' but she sure knows how to throw a glamorous, star-studded birthday party. The actress turned it up a few notches for her 21st, throwing a lingerie-filled, Moulin Rouge-inspired party at Hollywood's trendy Roosevelt Hotel Saturday night with her '90210' co-stars and friends.

"Everyone looked amazing in glam 1800s Moulin Rouge attire," one guest told PopEater. "From what I can remember, it was a night to remember."

Guests included co-stars Jessica Stroup, Shenae Grimes, Ryan Eggold and the never-shy AnnaLynne McCord. "AnnaLynne was totally Moulin Rouged-up in a black gartered outfit that featured real peacock feathers which accented one of her better features," the guest said.

Rumer Willis, who will play Lowndes' lesbian lover in future '90210' episodes, was also on hand in a "slinky, beige number." But don't get the wrong idea. "(Rumer) was holding hands with her boyfriend (Micah Alberti) the whole night," the guest added. "They were very affectionate."

The real accolades went to the birthday girl herself dressed in a black-garter lingerie ensemble featuring garters and a corset. "If Jessica wasn't one of the hottest actresses in Hollywood, she is now," gushed another smitten guest. "She was stunningly beautiful in her Moulin Rouge lingerie. Just stunning."

Clearly no expense was spared -- from the two monkeys who wandered about (with a handler), a tarot card reader, two open bars, a photo room featuring a red and pink pillow-adorned bed and Sprinkles cupcakes for all.

Guests wandered through the many levels of the party-suite and spilled out onto the famous hotel roof all night long. Perhaps the only person not in character was guest Hayden Panettiere who inexplicably wore a hot-pink 80s outfit. "Either she needs a refresher course on French history," the guest said, "or she just didn't get the Moulin Rouge memo."
