Fans Walk Out on Tracy Morgan During Raunchy Routine

Tracy Morgan brought his brand irreverent humor to the upper-crusty confines of NYC's Carnegie Hall on Friday, but many fans were shocked and appalled by what they heard. According to the NY Daily News, the '30 Rock' star was "unspeakably filthy" throughout the show and inspired many customers to walk out in disgust. To be fair, Morgan made it clear who they paid to see: "You want the clean Tracy? Turn on the TV," he told them.

One audience member said people were "shocked and appalled with what was coming out of his mouth," including trash-talking about homosexuality (it's "a choice"), drugs, sex acts and pornography. One joke merged politics and the ever-growing catalog of celebrity sex tapes going around.

"Obama is really changing the White House, because he and Michelle will have the first presidential sex tape out," he said.

The News' spy reports "a continuous flow of people getting up and leaving throughout the show," including a legion of middle-aged women who grew uncomfortable when Moran began mimicking sex acts on stage.

Not everyone was appalled by his routine, though. Spike Lee and 'Rock' co-star Jane Krakowski were both in attendance and reportedly joined in on a standing ovation.

The former 'Saturday Night Live' comedian recently released a tell-all, 'I Am the New Black,' and even stopped by the PopEater offices to (cleanly) crack us up. Watch here and here.

i don't watch 30Rock because of him. what i have seen, he seems to rattle on and on about whatever, in that weird voice or tone. if he leaves that show, i'll watch, but not until then.

Uh, well, hate to tell you but that is Tracy's character...weird voice and running off at the mouth about something that doesn't pertain to what everyone else is talking about.

I saw him in Orlando about 5 years ago. He was high on something, filthiest language,beyond raunch,out of control no respect for women,.He was playing with himself and talking about how he wanted to f*** several of the girls in the audience. My wife and I are not prudes by any stretch of the imagination, but we walked out.No class whatsoever.

I do not and have not ever liked Tracy Morgan because he has always come across as a pushy, you owe me type of person. From SNL, The Tracy Morgan Show to 30 Rock he has lost me as viewer of all of them. I still watch reruns of the Cosby Show or what ever Cosby does. Loved Richard Pryor and Eddie Murphy could be raunchy at times, but knew how and where to use or not use profanity. Morgan is too blue and I wish Loren Michaels would see the light and drop this man from any future endeavors...

He's funny, I think people are comparing him to people like Fox, Murphy, etc, unfairly. He's technically still a pup compared to those old dogs.

As far as people walking out, I've always found that to be humorous in it's own right. They get no refunds, and miss the rest of the show. It's a comedy show, and people need to just relax and take the good and the bad, as the person above said, what were they expecting? Nursery Rhymes?

P.S. He'll never be on DWTS, he does not have the upper body strength. XD
