Judge Shuts Down Joe Jackson, Who Accuses Son's Executors of Fraud

Michael Jackson's father has plenty of accusations against the overseers of his late son's will. Joe Jackson filed a 60-page motion to get money from his son's estate by making fraud accusation against John Branca and John McClain. He believes the men have a conflict of interest and shouldn't be in charge of the case.

But a judge on Tuesday dismissed Jackson's bid to challenge the appointment, effectively shutting the showbiz dad down. "Joe Jackson takes none of this estate. This is a decision his son made," Judge Mitchell Beckloff told the court.

Earlier in the day, Jackson's mother Katherine withdrew her objections to the appointment of the executors. Joe Jackson's lawyer, Brian Oxman, accused Katherine of backing out on an agreement with her family to challenge the executors and called the announcement "one of the most despicable things I have ever seen."

The showbiz dad was omitted from his son's will, with all assets going to his mother Katherine, his children and charities.

The flamboyant Oxman spoke before the ruling: "The executors have an obligation to tell the court the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth," Oxman said. "But for four months they've been silent as to where this will was signed. They are concealing this from the court and you cannot do that."

Citing lack of income, Joe Jackson is also seeking an allowance from his son's estate to help cover expenses that exceed $15,000 a month, according to court documents filed last week.

Howard Weitzman, a lawyer for Branca and McClain, said he was "quite surprising to learn of the request."

Joe Jackson stated that his monthly expenses are $20,000 but he only receives $1700 from the estate according to court papers filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court. They also claimed the King of Pop's estate has earned approximately $100 million since his death on June 25th. The request will be assessed in a hearing expected to occur next year.

A judge approved monthly payments to Katherine Jackson, Michael's mother, as well as his daughter and two sons. The will omitted Joe Jackson. Both the previously approved payments as well the request for a new allowance may be evaluated at the same time to come to a judgment on Joe's request.

Joe Jackson reportedly does not have a regular source of income and has relied on payments from Michael through his wife Katherine for years, according to court documents. His sole source of income is social security payments stated Jackson's lawyers. They further claimed that Joe suffered a stroke 10 years ago and suffers from diabetes.

simply look at the man's face, you want to throw up!!! Michael's decisions is only Michael's. He may have been there at the beginnig of their carreer, but as they grew up, all the kids managed without him. Mister dad takes advantage of his son's name and the press to try to be in the spotlight, to try to get money. If he screwed up his life, he only can blame himself and should stay away and have some dignity!!!

Joe says he lived on social security and the money his wife got from Michael. "THAT HIS WIFE GOT FROM MICHAEL" Key words there are "his wife" not him. He didn't recieve money over the years but because Michael wanted his mother to live in comfort and unfortunatually Joe came with the package, Once MJ's mother got what ever MJ had given to her he had no control of it and his mother could spend it any way she chose, even if it was on his father. I believe he allowed that only because his mother cared about his father, had she not, Joe would have never recieved a cent from MJ anyway.

MJ actually has a bit more control from the grave over his money then he did when he was alive. He did not die intestate, he had a well written will excluding his father - for what ever his reasons - it was his own business not to include his father, no one has the right to contest it and no one else not mentioned has the right to ask for money. If he wanted you to have the money he would have either given it to you when he was alive or you would be in his will.

It has been said that Michael recieved too many drugs from the doctor, wonder if Joe and the Doc had plans together figuring the courts would hand over some money to poor Joe, and didn't Joe say he was so poor he was on social security. Sounds like motive to me. He is fighting too hard for something he has no right to. Legally or Morally.

None of the Jackson's except his children should get anything, including Mrs.Jackson. All monies should be handled by a 3rd party and Mrs. Jackson should get a flat salary/allowance. This family made him into the nutcase he became and leeched off him for years and obviously plan to continue leeching of his estate. They should all get jobs and support themselves.

Everything that Cindy said and then some. If Katherine chooses to support her husband, that's up to her, but I don't see where Joe is either entitled to anything from the estate income(since Michael deliberately left him out) or has any standing to challenge anything about the will or its administrators.

He's a nasty old windbag who thinks he's owed something and wouldn't think twice about taking the kids' money away from them if he could. Too bad Katherine probably wouldn't divorce him, and for good measure, kick all the other freeloaders and hangers-on in that family out the door.

$20,000 monthly expenses on a $1700 a month social security check. Hmmmm..... if that was you or me, we would be well housed in the county jail for all our out standing bills. Lets put him there until he can learn to live within the means he has, and that doesn't include sponging off his late son's estate.

What I don't understand is how in the hell does he get $1700 a month is SS benefits? Jeez, my Dad worked all his life and doesn't get that much. The fact that he was left out of the will is no surprise to anyone but him.

Joe Jackson was a horrible, abusive father that made Michael the person he was when he died. Why dd Michael get nose job after nose job? Because his money hungry daddy told him his nose was too big when he was growing up. Now that Michael is dead Joe thinks he deserves what his son earned?! Hell no! Joe Jackson needs to realize he's a terrible father and doesn't deserve a damn dime of that money. The only thing he did was turn his son into, though a talented one, a total freak! Screw Joe Jackson.

I agree Mr. Jackson does not deserve more money. However there are pictures of Mr. Jackson helping MIchael into the courtroom during his trials for child molestation (Michael was in his pajamas going to court). I get SSD and earn a bit more than Joe Jackson but have less bills. I food shop at Sam's and Walmart and have medical bills for diabetes and lymphedema.

How in the hell can someone on Social Security have expenses totaling $20,000 a month?! I'm on Social Security disabilty (unfortunate incident while in the Army) and my expenses are nowhere near that--in fact, that's more than I receive in a year!

Maybe the moneygrubbing leach can learn to do what I do--live within one's means!

The entire family have have come out of their caves. It is disgusting how they all are making money off their dead brother. If I have to see that crazy ass sister of his on another show I'll lose my mind. Where were these leeches before. They should take the kids away from all of them. The father is greedy and shouldn't get a penny.
