After reports surfaced that John Travolta wanted to do a remake of the classic film 'Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid,' PopEater teamed up with Access Hollywood's AH Nation to see if people liked the idea. However, 41K votes were cast and a whopping 81 percent said "leave this masterpiece alone." Watch It

All with the naughty boy grins, naughty boy attitudes etc. .........good for this remake, but alas, I doubt that any of them could do the job that has already been done to PERFECTION!!!!!

How about changing it up with Angelina Jolie as Sundance and Demi Moore as Butch. Both are tough. Both can act. Not too young or frivilous. I'd go see it.

Travolta & Matthew McConaughey would be my choice...Nice to see two fine studs on horseback..I will pass on Tom,Tom Cruise's charm has sailed...IN any case we need more good westerns...Will Smith was really fine in the saddle on Wild Wild West..Plot was a little shaky.

Seriously, folks.... over ten years ago it was perfectly clear that a pairing of Matthew McConaghey and Brad Pitt would be as close a replica as could be found to Redford (Pitt) and Newman (McConaghey).

If the powers that be in Hollywood didn't see THAT one clearly and now think Cruise & Travolta look more like the two original superstars...ugh. Morons.

The question never asked us if we wanted to see Tom Cruise and John Travolta remake this movie OR someone else. I loved the original, and am always up to remakes that are quality remakes....but I don't want to see the Scientology brothers do it, make more money, and fund more walk out interviews, printed materials to pomote nonsense, etc. Perhaps re-unite Affleck and Damon?

I could handle the remake with Travolta but when is
Hollywood going to figure out that no one wants to
see Cruise period. He is washed up. He no longer
attracts a movie. People don't like him, they
don't care for his ideals or scientology junk. Please, Hollywood put that actor to bed. Also John
get yourself out of scientology and let the real
