Lindsay Lohan Has Alleged Meltdown... Over Paying For Drinks

If recent reports of Lindsay Lohan's bar behavior are true, the 'Mean Girls' star is in need of an emergency reality check. According to PEOPLE, a Los Angeles bar has claimed that Lohan drank her way through two bottles of champagne, but flipped out when it came time to pay the bill. "When the bartender gave her a bill, she had a meltdown," an onlooker told the magazine. "She was yelling at him and screaming profanities at everyone."

The source continued, "The bar insisted she pay, so she had to call a friend with her credit-card information."

The actress reportedly left the Crown Bar at 2:30am. The witness claimed, "She was crying and wanted to go home. She kept saying 'I don't pay for drinks! This is ridiculous! I'm freaking out!'"

The bar bill isn't Lohan's first brush with financial scandal this year. In July, jewelry worth $40,000 went missing from Lohan's Elle UK cover shoot, and some suggested the actress herself was to blame. Elle later stated the magazine staff "had no reason to believe that Lindsay Lohan was in any way responsible."

Earlier this year, Lohan was also accused of swiping a stranger's mink coat - and the coat's owner claims it was returned weeks later with a tear in the lining.

Lindsey, I hope you have stable people in your life somewhere. Those that take you to parties are not your friends and won't be there for you when you need them most. Some people have to hit rock bottom and hit it hard before the light finally turns on. For others rock bottom isn't far enough...and tragically you know how that stories ends. Do you still have dreams and goals? I'm sure you do. Does life still have meaning for you? Hopefully it does. At the end of the day only you can make that decision. Sandy.

In any other forum this would be called here say. It's not acceptable in a court of law so why would anyone believe this account based on what people said other people saw?? Why do folk so readily believe this? I feel sorry for anyone subjected to this kind of chronic smear campaign to sell info.

Someone needs to clue her in and inform her that "she is yesterday's news, and yesterday was not a news worthy day". A couple of kiddie movies and she thinks she is royalty?..please. Looks like she has to pay her for booze like the rest of us peasants.

A previous post mentioned that this article is just hearsay, and that may be true, but Lindsey's self destructive behavior over the last few years has not been hearsay. Yes, this girl does need to get help and soon!!

IF....EVERYONE would simply just ignore this girl and her antics and IF Hollywood would STOP offering her ANY movie deal.....she would simply just go away! IGNORE HER. She's a spoiled, no talent who has 2 parents who care MORE about her money than her mental well being. MOST OF THIS is an act. The rest is addiction....addiction to HERSELF! Ignore her, stop the money flow and she'll have to GET A REAL JOB to make a living. THAT will straighten her out faster than anything else. This is ALLLLL planned and for attention. HER AGENT probably set the whole thing up and ta da...here it is, on the internet with us discussing it.
Lindsay needs to go home to mommy or daddy and be "re-raised" the right way this time.
Hollywood is the arm pit of this country! Disgusting!

I thought this girl was clean and sober. I guess I missed the story where she was out partying again. And whatever happened to her girlfriend Sam ? Its ashame that this girl is only 23 and looks like she's in her late 30's. All that drinking and partying is really taking a toll on her physical appearance. I pity her, she's heading down a dangerour path and one of these days we are going to read that she's dead. With alcoholics and drug addicts there are only 3 things that can happen, jails, institutions, and death. And she has already got 2 out of 3 done. So for her death is the only thing that hasn't happened. Maybe, just maybe, Michael Lohan isn't such a bad dad after all. Maybe he is sincerely trying to save his daughters life. Could have went about it in a different way, but its clear to me that he is seeing the downward spiral she is taking and really wants her to live and get back on track in her life. She is a mess and sadly its not looking like she has a bright future ahead of her.
