Shayne Lamas Arrested For DUI

Shayne Lamas was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol... according to the TV personality herself. The 'Leave it to Lamas' star 'fessed up to her show's network, telling E! in a statement: "Early Saturday morning, after consuming one drink, I willingly drove through a mandatory check point on my way home with complete confidence of passing. However, the breathalyzer indicated that I was over the legal limit of blood alcohol content and was arrested onsite."

Lamas, 24, said, "I take full responsibility for my lack of judgment. I have always strived to be a role model for my friends, family and fans and have never nor will ever condone drinking and driving. I apologize for all those I have disappointed, including myself."

The reality star was arrested shortly after 1am Saturday, and was released later that morning. Lamas is due in court Dec. 9 for the misdemeanor charge.

shayne no one is buying it was just one drink..sounds like she just wants the draw attention to herself so her show doesn't get canceled..yes i agree the show is boring and stupid and she is so whinny. I GUESS THEY NEED A STORY LINE TO KEEP IT GOING so she drinks one drink and gets a dui image that. its all about "shayne". no one even knew who she was until she was on the bachalor and informed everyone who her dad is. thats the only reason she went on the show was to get people to know who she is. then she played the bachalor and he picked her, you could tell that they would never last. for one thing she didn't seem like she was into him other than getting the attention. and she was too young and way too immature for him anyway. what the heck was he thinking? her and her brother act like they are intitled to be famous but you really need some talent and i don't see that they have any. they need to go get a real job and grow up. are they both living off dad and does he still have enough money to support his grown kids. how do they support themselves?? i think it time for them to get a job and work like the rest of have to do everyday.

i thought that shaynes dad had 3 young daughters form his last wife. if so why are't they ever on the show because he's on there alot and that would make the girls shaynes half sisters but they are never mentioned shayne thinks of no one but herself!
