Lady Gaga's "Paparazzi" video is NOT art. None of her "work" is art. Like all of her videos, Gaga went out of her way there to look as "weird" "controversial" and pseudo-artsy and skanky as she possibly could. Because that is what sells. The more you can stir, the crazier you look, the less clothing you wear, the more people will pay attention to you. And it's horrible.

I don't think GaGa would make fun of handicapped people. I think that she may have been trying to show that the paparazzi is so low that they will stop at nothing to get a photo, and no one regardless of sex, creed, disability etc. is overlooked as a paparazzi target.
