Ryan O'Neal Fine With Being Left Out of Farrah Fawcett's Will

It doesn't bother Ryan O'Neal that his longtime partner and mother of his son Farrah Fawcett failed to name him one of the beneficiaries of her will.

"Farrah's and my relationship was based on a deep love and respect for one another and for our son Redmond," the actor said in a statement to Usmagazine.com.

"After discussing how her financial affairs would be handled in the event of her passing, we agreed that our son Redmond would be the primary beneficiary of her estate. These were Farrah's wishes and I am perfectly happy with them," he added.

Fawcett, who died in June of cancer, left Redmond $4.5 million, her father $500K, her nephew $500K and her ex-boyfriend Gregory Lawrence Lott $100K.

I find it funny that not only was Ryan not given ANYTHING in her will but that he wasn't even named as trustee of their sons money. Farrah didnt even trust him to do that.

Angie: Her son might be an adult but he's also a major a drug addict. He needs more than a trustee, he needs a full time babysitter. But I don't think Ryan could be trusted playing either role. The kid is in jail and might be looking at a 6 year sentence. If thats not enough time to clean up his act, he needs to hurry up and make out a will for himself. Some people just don't have it in them to change, no matter how many times they go through rehab. So senseless.

It really shows what an ass he was to her throughout her life. He was like glue the closer she got to death. He may call it a deep love but the will would make you think there was no love at all there just a money loving, drug using jerk. She should have done much better in her life then him.

Give it a rest!!! Like you know what went on in their relationship. They had their problems like anyone else but when one or the other was in a bad way they were always there for each other. She didn't think he was an ass,"He has always been my prince charming". Her words, not some tabloid mess people love to feed from.
