Ryan O'Neal Fine With Being Left Out of Farrah Fawcett's Will

It doesn't bother Ryan O'Neal that his longtime partner and mother of his son Farrah Fawcett failed to name him one of the beneficiaries of her will.

"Farrah's and my relationship was based on a deep love and respect for one another and for our son Redmond," the actor said in a statement to Usmagazine.com.

"After discussing how her financial affairs would be handled in the event of her passing, we agreed that our son Redmond would be the primary beneficiary of her estate. These were Farrah's wishes and I am perfectly happy with them," he added.

Fawcett, who died in June of cancer, left Redmond $4.5 million, her father $500K, her nephew $500K and her ex-boyfriend Gregory Lawrence Lott $100K.

God: what a slap in the face Ryan dont get nothing but an ex boyfriend get 100 K wow but oh well he got every thing els so the house and what ever was in the savings so and you dont know what she gave him in person so. But, still what a shock nothing and a Ex boyfriend got a 100 K I agree I hope she put it in a trust for the son and hell I if I left anymoney to any one that how I would do it even if I won a lottery and gave money to someone I would do a trust fund so.

He wasn't there all that much until she got very sick. It was always an on again off again relationship. It was her money, she left it in trust for Redmond. In trust, because she knew he had a drug problem. That means the money will be watched and doled out as he really needs it and not just turned over to him to do with as he pleases. That was a smart thing she did for him.

I read that Ryan O'neal didn't not allow the ex any time to say goodbye to Farrah. This has got to be a nitch in his knickers to find out the ex-boyfriend will receive monies anyway. Tells you that perhaps she would have liked to have said goodbye to her ex. The interview said that the ex does not harbor any hard feelings toward Ryan for not allowing him the opportunity to say goodbye to Farrah. It's just kind of sad that such a lovely lady was not treated as she had treated others -gracefully.

Should have not received a cent!!!! He has enough of his own money beside she did not leave nothing to Ryan's kids!!! Farrah did not leave nothing to her best friend Alana Stuart either!!! Farrah couldn't even trust Ryan with any money so I hope Redmond take care of himself the way he mother wanted him too!!! I love Farrah not only was she beauiful and smart but she had so much courage in the face of death! I will always remeber her with alot grace and diginity, she will always be in my heart!!!
