Johnny Depp is the only man to be named PEOPLE's Sexiest Man Alive twice in the same decade.

The 'Pirates of the Caribbean' star earned the honor again in 2009. However, we want to know if he deserves it.

the Twilight guy..Robert Patterson is ok, but imho every photo I see of him, he has this look on his face like he is smirking or just so damned stoned that everything amuses him...its a very Dorkey look. Johnny Depp on the otherhand is a Mature Damn good looking male, almost always with a serious look on his face, and I find that MUCH more appealing than someone who;s facial expression looks as tho they regard the whole world as a joke.
