Jon Gosselin and Kate Major's Secret Hand-Written Contract Exposed

Who needs a computer? Not former IT analyst Jon Gosselin, who drafted and signed a hand-scribbled contract with Kate Major that hired her as his personal assistant and laid out how she would earn payment and limited his then-girlfriend from talking negatively about him in the press.

RadarOnline.com got their hands on the document, dated July 28 and reportedly written during a weekend getaway at a hotel. A source tells the site the crude document will likely be a core piece of evidence in TLC's breach of contract lawsuit against Gosselin.

The ex-'Jon and Kate Plus 8' dad lists clearly what Major's role would be.

"I, Jon Gosselin will employ Kate major as a personal assistant handling some but not all future accounts. She will be a sub-contractor. She will receive a percentage of accounts for payment based upon involvement."

Major had actually quit her job as a magazine reporter earlier that week and was widely rumored to be having an affair with Gosselin, whom she was assigned to cover as a journalist. She has been subpoenaed by TLC to give a deposition in their case against Gosselin.

Her section of the contract focuses heavily on how she will handle press interviews and promises to "not make any negative or disparaging remarks" about him.

"I, Kate Major will run any media inquiries past Jon Gosselin before doing any on-air or print work. If Jon does not give his consent, the question will be excluded from the interview."

She then pledges to not talk trash about Gosselin or "comment publicly about OUR relationship."

Major later made the rounds of the entertainment news shows to ... talk poorly about Gosselin and comment about their relationship.

I love the show and Kate! The kids rock my world watching them! If you all remember.........Kate was out working and that is WHY Jon quit his job......too stay home more with the kids!!!!!!! Oh and to be a great father..........which never happened? he was out catting around, while she was out on the road working and selling books! Lord knows, someone had to help pay the bills!

Porky the Pig of a Prince Charming is at it again. And this is a man, a father who picked up a birthday for his twins and he even didn't notice that his daughters first name was mis-spelled. And he told the media that the blame for that was due to someone else even though he brought it back to his childrens home to his daugther. Meanwhile, we all know that before they box up a birthday cake, they show it to you for your approval. And he was an IT's specialist. Ha ha ha!

Good news TLC is advertising the FINAL episode of Jon and Kate.....thankfully!! It was only a matter of time before those two split; a woman cannot treat her husband like hired help then trot her butt all over and expect the marriage to last!She is promoting cookbooks filled with other peoples recipes and books about raising children, honestly what does she know about being a REAL mother, she hasn't raised her kids since the second or maybe third season of the show!
Hopefully the kids will have a productive life if their parents don't blow all the money they have before the kids see it.

First off when this all started you have to pay the bills some way and having 8 kids is a lot to handle. Could Jon have provided for them without the show? Probably NOT. So they did what made them money, a new house and a lot of fun times. Jon had the option of going back to work if he didnt like being on the show. Could have helped pay for a good nanny to help out.
Now people say shut the show down. Great but think of somebody else for a change. Who is going to pay for those children.? The kids dont seem to mind being on the show and most people enjoy watching them grow and learn.
So, I say, Jon, I hope you get a job soon and start taking care of your children, even if it is on the weekends. Kate, just move on and do your best for your kids. If you want to continue with the show then do it. Unfortunately you might have to pay off your biggest kid (Joh) not to be on the show. Save your money cause once the kids hit school I dont think the show will last and the kids will be too busy to mess with cameras and schedules. Kate you need to get yourself some education so when they hit school, you too can go back to work.
Best wishes to Kate & Kids and even to Joh. After all he did produce some nice little kids.

i think that everyone should just leave him alone. he is just like everyone else and has had hard times just like we all have had. it cant be easy having your family business aired on televsion in front of everyone. there are thousands of people out there getting a divorce and nobody is harrassing them for what they are doing so why put all the blame on jon. people fall in and out of love all the time.
