Jon Gosselin and Kate Major's Secret Hand-Written Contract Exposed

Who needs a computer? Not former IT analyst Jon Gosselin, who drafted and signed a hand-scribbled contract with Kate Major that hired her as his personal assistant and laid out how she would earn payment and limited his then-girlfriend from talking negatively about him in the press.

RadarOnline.com got their hands on the document, dated July 28 and reportedly written during a weekend getaway at a hotel. A source tells the site the crude document will likely be a core piece of evidence in TLC's breach of contract lawsuit against Gosselin.

The ex-'Jon and Kate Plus 8' dad lists clearly what Major's role would be.

"I, Jon Gosselin will employ Kate major as a personal assistant handling some but not all future accounts. She will be a sub-contractor. She will receive a percentage of accounts for payment based upon involvement."

Major had actually quit her job as a magazine reporter earlier that week and was widely rumored to be having an affair with Gosselin, whom she was assigned to cover as a journalist. She has been subpoenaed by TLC to give a deposition in their case against Gosselin.

Her section of the contract focuses heavily on how she will handle press interviews and promises to "not make any negative or disparaging remarks" about him.

"I, Kate Major will run any media inquiries past Jon Gosselin before doing any on-air or print work. If Jon does not give his consent, the question will be excluded from the interview."

She then pledges to not talk trash about Gosselin or "comment publicly about OUR relationship."

Major later made the rounds of the entertainment news shows to ... talk poorly about Gosselin and comment about their relationship.

There's been no proof he dated her. He hired her as his personal assistant, she's the one that's been stalking him. I believe Jon when he said he never had an affair with her. Let her prove it without it being her word which for some reason doesn't ring true to me. This letter means nothing!

I would like Kate and the children to continue. I love watching the kids grow. She has absolutly taken good care of them. They are happy, healthy well adjusted children and I know it is all Kate. John just followed her orders like he should have. You know that most women rule the household and John will soon find out that is the case in any household. Men always believe that the grass is greener on the other side of the fence. Big mistake!!!!!!!

I am sorry, some women always think that the grass is greener on the other side and Kate has sold her marriage to the TV show and as for the kids she has a nanny that takes care of the children, she is using them for the money and show .... they are both poor parents and I feel for the kids not Kate and her fake tears or Joh.

It's not all Kate, it's all the nanny's and other household help. She chose the show and belittled Jon way too often. They're both weenies, but as long as we discuss them, they will stay in the media. Everyone, look away from the train wreck!

Once again we are hearing about this little weasel enough to make you vomit. Well by the end of the week we will hear from the weaset ( Kate ) both of these people are low lifes and using their children as pons. The network needs to cancel the show and the media needs to boycott them They are unfit as parents.
