Whether the photo was shopped or not, I think Demi is a beautiful woman for her age. I always thought Demi had an ageless, timeless beauty that other white actresses her age wish they had!

Demi is gorgeous for any age. Photo Shopped or not, her body is great and so is her face. Another georgeous gal who is in her late 40's--Courtney Cox. She is hotter in her new show, Cougar Town, than she was in Friends. And she looked pretty damned good in Friends!

of course its photoshopped, just about every magazine cover is shopped, otherwise the pictures would always have small problems, this is just one instance of what was probably just a mishap with the eraser tool, happens all the time though.

This isn't about being the "American Way." It's about the fashion industry. Models all over the world are photoshoped. I want to say it's not a huge deal but if it is to create a body that isn't acheived naturally only to have the celeb say that they just try to stay healthy...well then it's a blatant lie.
This is why celebs tend to say they don't work out. Photoshop does all the toning for them.
I think Demi is lovely and her looks have improved. I'm sure her missing hip is lovely.

Definitely photoshopped. Demi is a beautiful woman, but you can see the difference in the dress on each side in the area near her waist by her elbows as well.

There is nothing new happening here. Fashion and glamor (and yes, even porn)photographs have almost ALWAYS been re-touched. Lengthen the legs and neck, make the breasts appear bigger(amazing what simple shadows can do), slim the waist, add highlights to the eyes, edit out the appendectomy scar, edit blemishes ...etc...etc...nothing new.
Not just women either. Male models get their images overhauled just as ruthlessly. No one that you see on these magazine covers is as "god made 'em". Yesterday's airbrush is today's Photoshop.

Is Demi Moore good looking? Hell yes! She does not need "enhancement", particularly done this clumsily.

there is photoshop in the pic, like all pics, but the hip isnt missing. She is lifting her leg that is why it isnt lined up... her butt is out on the opposite side... so with the left leg up and the hip angled to the right you get what looks like a missing hip
