What surprises anyone about Rhianna's dress? She has been dressing to shock since she started. It works for her. She never look's like a homeless hooker, unlike some of these so-called beauties. They get so painted up, with their hooker clothes, that I'm MORE surprised they don't get picked up for street walking on their WAY to the Awards Shows, or to the after-parties.
