Michael Jackson Glove Sells for $350,000

The most famous glove in the world also happens to be the most expensive. Michael Jackson's rhinestone-studded white accessory worn during the moonwalk seen 'round the world (at Motown's 25th anniversary special), was purchased by a Hong Kong businessman on Saturday for $350,000. Plus tax.
The glove was the highlight of an auction featuring other King of Pop items at the Hard Rock Cafe in Times Square. Pre-auction, the glove was expected to snag about $50,000.
Hoffman Ma, the winning bidder who will pay $420,000, including taxes and fees, called it a "fairly good discount."
The pop icon, who died June 25 at 50, had given the glove to Walter "Clyde" Orange, of the singing group the Commodores.
Other items to sell way above their base prices: a jacket he wore on his 'Bad' tour fetched $225,000 (estimate: $8,000). A fedora worn during the moonwalk sold for $22,000 (estimate: $2,000).

What a farce. Jackson was a child molester and drug addit. End of story. And to the dimwitted folks who say he was found innocent, I point out the caees of O.J. and Robert Blake. They were found innocent. And where they innocent? I don't think so.

Mr. Timlin,
The FACTS in King Michael's case state otherwise. What has OJ or Obama have to do with KOP? Racism. Does it bother you to see black men with white women? You lack education as is evidenced in your grammatically incorrect post.

Must be awfully nice having nearly half million dollars to piss away on garbage like that, truly sickening to me. How often was that glove used to grab his balls with, that is an even worse thought! Worse still, maybe he used it to scratch his ass. Ah, the King of Molestors...
