I guess because I am an adult I thought it was a great performance and high entertainment! Adam stirs a lot of controversy which I think is great for him. So did Prince, Madonna, David Bowie, Lady Gaga,etc...... Sexuality is not something to fear and he is just having fun with it. He is after all only 27 years old. As for young children, their parents shouldn't have them up watching these videos anyways. Much of todays music is inappropriate for the youngsters ears never mind their eyes. Put them to bed with a nice book then watch the ADULT entertainment! Go for it Adam!!! Love that you are a risk taker!!!

Don't the networks have censors anymore? Adam's performance was lewd and disgusting!! I used to be a fan but I would never buy his album now. I don't know who he thinks he is appealing to, but I don't know any gays who would be attracted to that trashy act.

I looked at the poll results, people on here are a bunch of prudes. If it would have aired between 8 - 9 I would have said make it later, but, otherwise, it was AWESOME. If that is too sexy for network TV, then I know a couple of shows that need to get pulled, Desperate Houswives, Cougar Town and the like. Oh and can't have Shakira either, I do rate Adam's performance way above hers.

I actually "sorta" liked him on American Idol,I but voted for Chris to win...only so Adam wouldn't have to tone down his act to be a A.I.pop star.Maybe he SHOULD have won,so THIS would NEVER of happened.I couldn't even watch the whole thing.I was embarrassed for him.The song was AWFUL!!Maybe he knows that and did shocking things to distract from how bad it was.LOL.

I thought Adam was horrifying last night even worse than GAGA. her performance was disturbing while lamberts was disgusting. SEX and violance was the theme in these WHY!!!! they both have great voices and talent When they do these "shows" their voices suffer. Give me someone who will just sing like urban, daultry whitney anytime. Carrie Underwood performance just suffered with all of the dancers around her last night Michael Jackson was one of the few that could do it all. DOnt even get me started on moral issues here

Okay, so I'm gay, but this embarassed me. I think it was a bit over the top. I think the "simulated personal relations" (okay, I'd say something else, but I'm trying to keep this as clean as possible) and the men on chains was too much. I'm glad he won AI, but I also think he just isolated a lot of fans by rubbing his being gay "in their faces". Whoops.
