Paula Deen Takes a Ham to the Face

Note to Paula Deen: Always beware of flying pork.

The Food Network celebrity chef was trying to do some good by volunteering for the pre-Thanksgiving Hosea Feed the Hungry food drive in Atlanta, and before she new it, she was hit square in the face (nose and mouth, mostly) by an airborne ham that was being tossed for loading. Deen, clearly shaken by the incident, holds her face and is escorted out of the flying meat zone. Watch the Ham-Meets-Face Video Below:

" I thought it busted my lip, but it didn't,"she later told CBSAtlanta.com.

Deen, always one to have a good laugh at herself, did just that following the porcine assault. "I just got hit with a hog so what do I expect ... You have to be able to laugh, otherwise I'd be in a loony bin."

Hey People,
Have you heard of MODERATION??
It's fine to use butter,bacon fat ect in moderation.
Then get off Ya Behind's and Excercize,and i do not mean to the Wii, thats just standing there looking dumb,get out there walk ride a bike go bowling play basket ball with the kids,ride a bike
Do all this and you too can be healthy and wise.
Remember what our moms and grandmoms used to say moderation dears moderation.

Leave Miss Paula alone. And that IS NOT her hubby in the red shirt. Her man is way cuter than that guy. If he had been that close to her, he would have grabbed that ham right out of the air. Didn't you have a mama and a grandma to teach you how to be a lady or a gentleman? Too bad for your upbringing if you didn't.
Miss Paula is a lady and a great Southern cook. If you dont' like Southern food, you don't like to eat.

I realy enjoy Paula,I think that she's very talented in her on realm(southern cooking). Her hair is well put together all the time and Im african American I would love to know her stylist.I do know this you don't have to go to school to be a top cook or chef I fill if the talent fits the title thats enough for me, my mother is top chef in my town and i gladly pin the title "top CHEF" on her.
