Jake and Reese Deny Break-Up Report

Jake Gyllenhaal and Reese Witherspoon are firing back at a report claiming that the A-list couple has broken up. PEOPLE initially reported on Sunday that Gyllenhaal, 28, and Witherspoon, 33, had split, citing "a source close to the couple." No actual details about the split were given, and later on Sunday, reps for the couple denied the split -- to PEOPLE nonetheless.

Reps Nanci Ryder and Carrie Byalick call the initial PEOPLE report "not true," saying their clients are still together."

Gyllenhaal and Witherspoon met on the set of 'Rendition' in 2007, and rumors and reports about a romance between the two quickly began filling the pages of celebrity magazines and newspapers. While they never officially announced that they were indeed dating, by the summer of 2008, they were seen and photographed constantly together, often holding hands.

In the fall of 2008, Reese spoke openly about Jake in Vogue magazine, saying that "he's very supportive. Suffice it to say, I'm very happy in life, and I'm very lucky to have a lot of really supportive people around me who care very much for me, and, you know, that's all you can hope for in life. I am very blessed in that way."

Witherspoon, who won an Oscar in 2006 for her role in 'Walk the Line,' has two children from her previous marriage to Ryan Philippe.

AMERICA:: A 5 years old CHILDS PRAYER; Dear God, I am sorry for what ever I did to cause you to take my mommy to heaven. I am sorry she did not earn enough money to buy madical insurance for herself or her family, I am sorry. Please forgive me for what ever I did for you to take my mommy. She paid into a government Tax where they bought medical insurance for themselvies, but my mommy could not afford to pay for her own. I am sorry, please do not take no other family members because we just can not afford medical insurance for us, when we have to pay for others to live. Dear GOD, I am sorry, please forgive me.
