Lady Gaga Takes a Tumble on Stage

It's amazing that this is the first time that a piece of Lady Gaga's wardrobe has caused her to take a spill on stage, and strangely enough, it wasn't a metal head halo or massive shoulder pad that did it -- it was her high heels. Watch the Video After the Jump!

Gaga's fall took place during her Montreal concert as she performed her song 'Teeth.' At the 20 second mark of the video, she can be seen falling over while performing a dance move, but quickly popping back up and getting right back into the routine.

That wasn't the end of her ground-kissing, though. She also hit the deck two more times during the show. She went on to joke: "I'm like a drunk supermodel - and I LOVE it!," blogger Perez Hilton reported.

Lady GAGA is a joke. Not only does her music suck sooo badly she has to be a circus freak just to get attention but shes also one of the nastiest singers I have ever seen (amy whinehouse you still take the gold). Absolutely NO ass, ginormous camel toe, and whats with the tights all the time? I mean jeezes during the Music awards they needed to cosmetically add a piece of fabric as a camel toe flap just to keep the audience from GAGA-Gagging. Look past her freaky outfits people. look her up on youtube as stefani germanotta at her NYU talent show a couple of years ago... i was blown away. but not surprised... i'd seen her play piano and sing the beginning of poker face on ellen and i was shocked at how brilliant she is... google that one too. she is a truly gifted singer/musician... you just have to look at her when she was "plain" with pretty, long brown hair and nice dresses... she was going nowhere that way. she had to create her abstract image to get noticed. if you watch her talent show and still say she sucks, then you are deaf.

Lady Ga Ga is a entertaining performer. Very wild and funny. It's refreshing to see an original rendering of the song instead of concert footage. She makes video stories and doesn't cheapen up the work by showing something taped where the audience just got told they might be in a video right before the song. It is standard practice to give out the first 100 or so tickets as promo's. That way the first couple of rows are BIG fans of the singer already!
Lady Ga Ga is refreshing and I hope she keeps on with the Big eyelashes, hair styles, and dress styles.
The one thing is though, and it would ruin it for me is I heard someone say that she might be a muncher of carpet? I sure hope that isn't the case. It's just a turn off, majorly!
