1. PeTA did not do the puppies in the van thing, that was not carried out by the organization, but by some lazy/evil workers. Every group, but espeacially large groups, will have some people who do things that don't represent the group.
2. Are you saying Rod Coronado did not deserve proper legal defense?
3. Animal Liberation Front and Earth Liberation Front are not terrorist groups- they have never used violence. Property damage is not violence.
4.Of course people tell others how to live their lives- that is what morality is. There is nothing recognizing when something is unethical and calling other people out for their actions. I guess you don't believe in morality or ethics?

When PETA throws red paint onto individuals wearing fur, that's a violent act. Property damage caused by PETA, while not technically consider a violent act, it is a criminal act. This causes a trickle down loss not only to the owner of his/her property, but if the property is insured, through increased insurance payments we all have to pay due to the damage payout and an area possibly being classified as high risk resulting in higher premium costs. Additionally, it's in poor taste to use a religious symbol to promote their agenda and by a former centerfold.

Snookhookr...your ignorance is showing! Don't blame PETA for the sins of a few. PETA is just like ASPCA and the Humane Society..if you love animals then suppoet them. The only thing PETA has done poorly is antagonize people instead of getting them on board.

snook, don't know if you are in NC but that happened right down the road from where I lived in Northhamtpton county. I have never supported PETA and never will. If someone wants to do good for aniamls go to your local SPCA and volunterr or make a donation. PETA is wacos!

Being a hetrosexual male i.e straight, I'm only too happy to see ALL sexy women pose naked even for P.E.T.A because that's what gets attention. What surprises me, however, is the fact that, apparently, their female members don't find this to be sexist. Oh well, what do I care about that. After the "Obama vs The fly" fiasco, P.E.T.A lost all credibility in my eyes and now as far as I'm concerned, they can kiss my animal-killing, meat-eating, fur-wearing, leather-loving a**!!

Peta is a joke and it's sad that people buy into their propaganda without doing their research. With the actions Peta takes, they might as well be considered domestic terrorists. Funding ALF and supporting their damaging acts IS terrorism. Whether people are killed or not. I don't care what people say, ALF IS listed by the US Government as a terrorist group. Damaging the property of others is illegal, regardless of your intent.

they pose in the nude because when this ad campaign first started they were only using the slogan "i'd rather go naked then wear fur" but now they have changed to more slogans but kept the theme going.
