Maksim or Karina? One's Out on 'DWTS'

Well hello there, you fabulous gossip lovers! In the PopEater premiere of Rob Shuter's 'Naughty But Nice' column, we've got a doozy. It turns out that all of the extracurricular activity between 'Dancing With the Stars' pros Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Karina Smiroff is causing the show's producers to stumble -- and one of them is likely getting the boot because of it. Who will it be??? That, and other tasty items after the jump!

Maksim or Karina? 'DWTS' Is Deciding

It looks like all the personal drama between Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Karina Smirnoff -- who broke off the engagement in September -- has finally cha-cha-cha'd it's way on to the dance floor, potentially forcing 'Dancing With The Stars' to decide which one of their loose-legged dancers they want most. "It's really gotten ugly between the two of them since the spit," a friend of the chest-waxing dancer (you guess which one) told me. Maks himself admitted to PopEater that he doesn't talk to Karina at all anymore, saying "I've got to thank her for being a great instructor in the lesson of what not to look for in a woman." Zing! We'll give that insult a 9 for technical difficulty.

Adding to the 'pick him or her' rumors is Karina's noticeable absence from the Broadway show 'Burn The Floor,' which once starred the two of them busting out some very sexy moves. "Maksim wouldn't have returned to the show if the producers had insisted on him dancing with Karina," said a theatre insider, adding that "the same will be true for the new season of 'DWTS.' All the feathers and sequins in the world wouldn't be able to cover the bad feeling between those two."

Lets hope Maksim and Karina master the peace dance before ABC is forced to play pick the hottie. And remember everyone, work romances always end in tears -- so sorry, PopEater colleagues, I'm just not interested!

Heidi and Seal Say Auf Wiedersehen to Huge Baby Payday

Selling baby photos is apparently soooo 2008 for Heidi Klum and Seal. The world's first glimpse at the couple's adorable little daughter, Lou, occurred a few days ago on Seal's Web site after everyone's favorite top model passed on offers reaching over $300,000 from various weekly magazines. "Heidi would never sell pictures of her baby. The whole concept of making money off her kids totally grosses her out," revealed a friend about the sexy star.

Angelina Jolie broke records when she got $12 million for images of her little duo (Full disclosure: She gave the money to charity) and Jennifer Lopez raked in $6 million for her twins (Jenny From the Block kept that paycheck).

But the ever-gorgeous Heidi let us see her precious baby for free, which either makes her the smartest person in the world or the least business-savvy model ever for ditching a boatload of cash. You decide.

A-Rod Jealous of Jeter?

Every New Yorker is celebrating Derek Jeter's 2009 Sports Illustrated Sportsman of the Year cover with the exception of one: Alex Rodriguez. "A-Rod can't understand why he isn't on the cover," laughed an insider. "Everyone is congratulating Derek saying how much he deserves the honor while Alex is pretending the magazine doesn't exist." Which probably isn't that surprising, considering the self-absorbed slugger is rumored to have two pictures of himself as a centaur above his bed!

Don't sweat it, Alex! You may not have the SI cover, but you've got Kate Hudson, and millions of people (cough cough us!) are jealous of that.

I think Karina should be fired, she has been known to date ppl on the show and will do it again. Therefore the problem will happen again. Get rid of her end of problem.

Maks broke up with karina because she posed nude for peta with his ring on and then signed the nude photos for the paparazzi! Brides DO NOT ACT THAT WAY! She has already beded Bad Penny and bad picture for SF. It is all over the internet! She was all over penny on the video! She noticed the cameras and just kept doing more and more! She is the bad penny for sure! DUMP KARINA KEEP MAKS! He was trying to do the right thing and get married but NO she showed her true colors! The fans tried to tell him to stay clear of the sl*t! Now he understands what she is, a sl*T!

Karina is like the Angelina Jolie of DWTS, she'll sleep with her partners! I heard she actually dumped sexy Maks for Aaron Carter?! She is eye candy for the men like the other pros, but, she needs to keep this enjoyable show clean. I say keep Maks, let her go. She'll drive him nuts every season, I hope Maks agrees! Jersey Boy YEAH!

Maybe Maks was the rebound guy after Mario. I actually thought Mario and Karina would get married. Now Mario is going to be a dad and doesn't look like he's going to marry his pregnant girlfriend. What's wrong with people? You get somebody pregnant, and don't marry them? If you're not sure about the person you are with, don't bring a baby into it, but, it's not the baby's fault.

Seems to me what ever happened to them, should have remained between them, But arrogant, whiney Max can't keep his mouth shut. She probably told him he can dance, but not in the bedroom.

Maksim wreak of narcissism, conceit and arrogance, and appears to have a controlling nature, but you're right, he gets whiney when it seems things aren't going the way he wants. He feels he's been wronged and none of it could ever be His! fault. He seems like someone who likes himself just a little too much and probably can't see himself with any woman he isn't going to be able to control.

Maks and Karina could not agree on anything. They were both newly fiance's, and had to try to agree on things which is difficult when you've been a single person for a long time. Maks wanted to start a family, she didn't or wouldn't 'cause of her career. He wants children, what is so bad about that? He's like 30 or so, he is just a nice guy who wants career and family. Maybe he needs to find a nice Jersey Girl!

If one has to go, keep Karaina. Max acts like a conceited ass and I suspect he is very stuck on himself. On one of the show clips he was being rude to his star partner.

Keep Max......dump that sore losing Karina. When it was announced that she and her partner Mario Lopez lost the trophy she put up such a fuss in front of the cameras and could be heard saying that Mario was a much better dancer than Emmet? (I think that's who Karina & Mario lost to) and that Mario should have one.

Seems like she likes to "bed" and "tease" dancers. She was dating Mario for awhile as well before Max.

Dump her.......she has no class at all....just an attention seeker.....Dancing will be better off without her.

I don't like both of them. Fire both of them just for the fact they are causing problems on the show. They should keep their personal crap away from the show. I don't like Max because he's got an ego the size of universe. I don't like Karina because she acts like a tramp. Remember Lopez and her??? I think she hops from man to man. Plus she thinks she's all that. NOT!! I'd take Cheryl Burke over her any day. Cheryl rocks!!! So does Kim and Edyta. Karina,,,I can do without.
