Julianne Hough 'Hanging' With Kings of Leon Rocker

'Dancing With the Stars' hottie Julianne Hough is just three weeks removed from her relationship with country crooner Chuck Wicks, but that's not stopping her from "hanging" with Kings of Leon bassist Jared Followill. A rep for Kings of Leon confirms to PEOPLE that Followill and Hough "are friends and have been hanging," but stops short of confirming any type of romantic relationship. PEOPLE also says that the two "cuddled at the Lipstick Lounge" -- a known lesbian bar in Nashville -- earlier this week.

Eyebrows were raised about potential sparks between the two when they were spotted earlier in November with country singer Holly Williams and her husband.

The 21-year-old Hough split with Wicks split in early November. Hough had told PEOPLE previously that "the minute we met it was perfect ... The first date we had we both had that feeling like we were going to fall in love with each other."
